Please Help (Borderline Meltdown Status!)
« on: July 03, 2013, 08:29:38 PM »
So I was backing up all the save files to do an unistall and reinstall of all the Sims 3 games for my wife. I *thought* that I created a backup save file for her Island Paradise game, but may have accidentally deleted it...PLEASE tell me there is a way to recover this file. Thank you for any and all help!

I'm on a MAC...sorry for any incoherence, I just really worried I may have deleted her save file. Basically, made backups of her save file (Base game one), I thought that the save files for her new game were also in those folders when I moved them. I uninstalled the games and re-installed them and her Island Paradise save file is gone...:(

As far I as I know, when you uninstall the game, the save files are deleted as well, correct?

I don't know on Mac, but for Windows there are many free software to recover deleted files.
