Resort

The whole point of checking into Resorts are for holidays, so can my Sims who are on a different "world" check into Isla Paradiso Resort?

A Sim can only check into a Resort in their home town, or perhaps even in one of the WA locations if you can build Resorts there. It won't be a holiday as such unless your sims take unpaid time off etc. but they should be able to use all the facilities etc. Almost a pretend holiday to the other side of town.  :)

No, I don't think this is possible. Either you build resorts in your other world and check them in there, or you move your Sim with family - if applicable - to Island Paradise.
