So on the sims 3 xbox I married thus random person I met in the park we had twins but what I need help with is she just turned elder and are twins are toddlers and my sim can't do everything! SHOULD I DIVORCE HER! AND MARRY SOME ONE ELSE? Also I just turned adult and reached level 10 in military.

I'm not sure I understand what your issue is. Your Sim's wife aged up to an Elder while the twins are toddlers. Why is your Sim doing everything? Since she's an Elder now, she could retire and be with the twins while your Sim does his army stuff. If you want more kids, I suppose you'd have to marry somebody else, but if that's not a concern, then your current wife would be fine.

I had her retire but I'm starting to think to have an affair so when she does go I can countie. P.S. I whould not do this in real life!

Still not sure of your issue.  Are you worried your sim will die before the kids age up?  You can buy a birthday cake and have them age up to children if you want.  Well you can do this on pets, I'm not sure about the original game.
