I'm not sure about the party, I've only ever done one before and by the time the wedding day comes, I'll be fed up with waiting to get on with it. Maybe next generation.

Chapter 26 - Here Comes the Bride!

Alecia is back! We've got plenty of good news to come to please stay with us. Well, we can start with the bad news. Dante had his elder birthday!



He blew out the candles for the very last time, remembering he is young compared to mum (Oo, that rhymes!)



At the bottom of his heart, he will always be the cool dude he was when I met him all those years ago.



Unfortunately for him, he aged up into some hilarious cricket uniform thingy! Luckily, we have far too many dressers in this house to youth him up a bit.



Cool rebel leather: Check!



On the day of my birthday, I finally maxed my career. I was overjoyed that I'd never be under so much pressure again.



I blew out my candles with a neutral expression hiding my fears for the days to come. I was so close, yet still so far from my goal.



As the sparkles engulfed me like a tornado, I thought of nothing but Dante. He eased my pain deep down.



When the storm ended, I breathed a sigh of relief. I was old, but it felt no different than before.



Dante had the honour of completing my final sculpture, while Charlie painted my portrait.



On the day following my birthday (Or maybe two days after, it's all been such a blur), Patricia and Henry wedded in a beautiful garden ceremony under the same arch as me and Dante.



They said their vows while a tear sparkled in my eye. She was all grown up and ready to conquer the world.

It was official. They were a married couple.



Smoochie, smoochie!



We were all so proud of them, all shedding at least one tear.



Patricia delicately cut the cake.



The perfect day ended with a dance at sunset. It was a magical moment.



Well, it almost ended there. Henry and Patricia escaped the party and went for some time alone.



Early the next morning, there was a commotion in the shared bathroom...



I was going to be a Grandmother!



Now all I have to do was make a few more best friends. Wish me luck!

I did go on about it a bit, didn't I? I was genuinely worried. With Heidi the end was in sight by the time she aged to adult. Alecia's career did kick off until I got death fish in the garden, got into a steady routine and figured out how to consign them with the bug I have. Well, it's done now and I'm quite a bit ahead in game and I can tell you everything is going in the right direction. I might have another update today if I finish my homework in time. If not, expect an update on Tuesday.

I'm pleased to say we've not lost anyone since Chris died ages ago. Besides, Charlie's a bit older and he's about 87 days old where I am. I think he's a week older that Alecia, so he's six days older than Dante. If I remember, Dante will return with his beard.

If you want the pattern on the dress, it's by Chuckles. It's on many of the walls in the house, I love it that much. I can't remember wich pattern it was now, but this is the thread it was on. Her patterns are really good and I'm so sad that we won't be getting anymore. Another chapter coming in the next few hours!

Chapter 27 - Ambrosia

The time has come for me. Just days after my little Patricia got married, I had 6 best friends and all was set. Mum unlocked the door down to the Ambrosia room and got two dished out of the replicator. I couldn't believe what I was doing. I felt like I had forgotten something important, something that would send my family's fate crashing down. Yet I sat down and I ate.



"You've made it, honey. You deserve this much more than me." Mums words lifted me, she knew I had finished. I wasn't sure what to make of the delicacy. It was surreal. It smelt like water, like thin air. It tasted magical, like thousands of flavours blended together and dancing on my tongue in harmony.



When all that was left on my plate was crumbs, a rainbow of glitter and sparkles engulfed me. The feeling was indescribable. I knew now that I had made it, that I was immortal.
