The Rebmun Immortal Dynasty | **Graveyard, please**

Intro OR Here we go again!

Welcome, friends, to this place that we all know. Create-a-Sim, birthplace of many of our forum's favourite and most loved Sims. And it is here that my new founder was created. Meet the beautiful Eno Rebmun.

She's over-emotional (*sniff*), excitable (YAY!), Virtuoso (♪ ♫ ♬), Artistic (I am an Artiste!) & a Savvy Sculptor (umm... sculpting!!)

And here is her cute line-up of outfits:

I am also happy to introduce her cute little cat, Yttik, also know as Tiki (it's close enough!).

So prepare for laughter ( ;D -- Ha ha!), saddness ( :'( -- Boo hoo) and plenty of Rebmuns (or should that be Srebmun??)

Chapter 1 - A normal, normal beginning (27/6/2013)

Chapter 1 - A normal, normal beginning

Eno gets popped down on the big empty Sunset Valley dynasty lot and she has a little play with Tiki.

I try to send her over to Lady Awesome-Dynasty-Beginner-Because-of-her-car Crumplebottom's house but she was out. Maybe she's catching onto my plan and is hiding? Well, Agnes, there's no hiding from the Watcher (Mwahahaha!)

So I check all the usual places; the gym, the salon, the consignment store, the library, but Agnes is nowhere to be seen! Then, when I send Eno to the park, I spot a protest outside Town Hall.

Ah! There she is! But, wait, why are they protesting against the Lock Ness Monster? Hey, guys, I told you that Krakens were coming, not the Lock Ness Monster!

So Eno heads over to get herself acquainted with Agnes and they really hit it off.

Actually, it might have gone better if Victoria Andrews wasn't photo bombing the whole time.

In fact, that wasn't the only thing Victoria was doing...

I mean, Beau is no catch, but really, Victoria, why go for Gus Hart? I'll never understand the minds of Sims...

Anyway, back to the story. Agnes happily agreed to move in. Let's just get that picture of her car out of the way, shall we?

So that jazzy car was sold to create this magnificent house (built nearly entirely with blueprints -- hehe :D). I edited it slightly after that picture was taken, but it was just adding some things for Tiki and some flowerbeds.

Agnes gets a half-hearted makeover. I only gave her everyday, formal and sleepwear, because I doubt she'll be swimming or exercising any time soon and weather and all seasons but summer have been turned off so I doubt she'll need outerwear.

Now that the studio has been created, the boring life of an immortal-to-be starts for Eno and a lifetime of dynasty slavery for Agnes.

For Eno, this is okay. She'll have hundreds of years after this, so this time means nothing to her. But for Agnes, time is precious. And this worries her.

So she dials the number, speaks her name and address and the deal is done. An hour later, a bundle of joy is delivered on their doorstep. Well, it's a basket, not a bundle, and it wasn't technically left on the doorstep. The social worker brought her in.

Meet Gracie, Agnes' beautiful adopted daughter.

Eno seemed a little uncomfortable with her, but for Agnes, the mother-daughter bond comes naturally.

She's a cutie, for sure.

Apologies for giving her a hat where you can't see her hair, but the little yellow bunny outfit was just so cute on her, I couldn't resist! Her hair is blonde and I tweaked it a little bit because I wasn't so sure about her darker highlights.

Aw. Just aw.

Thanks, Artsygirl! It's great to have encouragement early in a dynasty  ;)

Thanks! I couldn't seem to get the right hair or outfit for Agnes (I've seen too many amazing makeovers of her!) but I was quite happy with what I ended up with.
I love blueprints and this is the third dynasty I've used them (other one was a short-lived immortal dynasty and the other was one of my Life states attempts).

------

Has anybody worked out my naming theme yet? Tiki's (Yttik) name is probably the easiest to work out and there also another clue out there.

Love Agnes' makeover, and your slightly sarcastic writing style !! :) Blueprints are my building savior, too, but I'm still working on how to form a house that looks halfway cohesive.  I'll be following this for sure!

Also, guessing that the heir is going to be named Owt? :)

Thanks. Niana. I'm generally quite sarcastic in real life but I've never really had a story that has that element of my personality in it. I hope I can keep this writing style up, because I've noticed that my writing often turn into a dull monologue after a while, especially during boring times during the game!
I can be a (sort of) good builder when I want to, I just really struggle with dynasty houses. I can't really put my finger on why though...

Also, guessing that the heir is going to be named Owt? :)

I just realised that Eno is One backwards. :)

Both are spot on! Eno is One, Rebmun is Number and Yttik is Kitty. I just wanted to go for a simple naming theme. I've noticed that the names of my Sims seem to be becoming less important to me. I like to focus on their personalities more. I also had fun writing out all the numbers backwards to see if I could get any nicknames for them  ;)

(Also, Anna, your dynasty gave me a little bit of inspiration on the naming theme. I hope you don't mind. It was mostly for simplicity but without making things boring)

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been far too busy exploring Island Paradise! I've got enough screenshots for a chapter (I think -- it's been mostly painting, sculpting and screaming toddlers  :P ) and I'll get that posted tomorrow  :)

Chapter 2 - What's the story in Balamory the Rebmun Immortal Dynasty

So, what's been happening in the House of Rebmun? Not much. Actually I lie. Eno painted this.

I just like it. So it was hung in the studio.

Anything else? Oh yeah...

Ah, the Landgraab mansion. What could Eno be up to there? Spouse hunting, perhaps? Yeah, no Christopher Steel for Eno! She's got bigger fish to fry. Like...

Malcolm??

I kid, of course. Just look at the expression on her face!

Annoyingly, Malcolm was home alone so she had to come back the next day.

The next day...

Ah, this is more like it! Hello, Geoffrey Landgraab!

Geoffrey: Hello there, you must be our next door neighbour. Pleased to meet you.
Eno: *thinking* Wow, those teeth! How they glimmer! So... gorgeous!

Eno gets the conversation going and they quickly build up a relationship.

She tries a little flirting but Geoffrey isn't so happy with that.

But it doesn't take him long to fall for my evil scheme (MWAHAHAHA) Eno.

Malcolm (now a teen) wears an expression of sadness and confusion.

Oh, yeah, Nancy's there too.

Like this isn't awkward...

So, Nancy goes through the whole 'You flirted with our younger, more attractive neighbour who happens to be a dynasty founder and you're a dirty rotten cheat' spiel. Eno looks innocent yet mischievous.

And then Nancy slaps poor Geoffrey around the face. Eno takes this as her cue to go.

She goes back to the Landgraab mansion the next day and meets Nancy.

Eno: So, Nancy, can I go inside your house so I can continue my affair with your husband?

Nancy: Sure, thing. Go on in.

Eno goes in and flirts with Geoffrey while Malcolm just stands and stares...

They're actually pretty cute together  :)

Eno takes Geoffrey on a special trip to the beach. Why...?

Ah.

But he says no ( >:()

But he does agree to move in (hurray!)

I just love his reaction to the crying Gracie (who has been absent from this whole chapter).

Ah, much better.

Eno happily agrees (why wouldn't she?)

I thought that the entrance would make the perfect wedding setting (and I'm lazy  :P )
