Houseboats to Download

I just got my copy of IP in the mail and I'd love to find some houseboats to download, since I'm not the greatest at building.  Does anyone have any recommendations for some CC free builds?

I love building and would love to make some, but I am not sure how to make the base of it.

I bet if you give it a week or so, someone(s) will stick some in the Swap Shop.

(I would, but my current built houseboat is literally a box on a barge, with a kitchen/dining area/bed in one big open area, and bathroom in other.)

Some people haven't received their copy of Island Paradise yet. Only the Americans get it so early. In the UK it isn't released until tomorrow!

Once I have mine, I'll be starting to create houseboats, so as it was already said, give it a week or so and you'll find some houseboats here in the swap shop.

There's a few EA premades in the game, for now till people start posting their own! You can find and place them how you place empty houses onto a lot.
