Where can I buy the limited edition?

 :( I messed up! I was going to order IP before today to get the limited edition material. But I forgot!

Is there any way to get the survival pack? Is the limited edition available somewhere? I looked on Origin today and I didn't see it...

Without knowing where you live, in the US, Target and Wal-Mart tend to carry the Limited Edition upon first release.

Gamestop/Best Buy may also have them, especially with this close to release.

When I ordered from Origin, it automatically came as Limited Edition.   Double check that it's not still available there.  You should be able to tell by the wording.

Looked at the origin store, and it looks like only the pre-orders got the limited edition. Says it still includes the Carnavale' items tho in the description. As Ricaylnn said, your best best is the B+M stores atm probably. (Or even wait till it shows up modded eventually?)

Sorry to be a pain and I hope Carl & Pam don't mind.

We have a small stock of the Limited Edition version of The Sims 3 Island Paradise left.

This is the official Digital Download version, it registers on Origin and allows you to download the game officially.

After our stock has sold we'll only have the Standard Edition of the game left.

I wanted to post as the site seems legit and I'm OK with the promotion here as it's relevant to the topic. Thank you for sharing the link and giving people the opportunity to grab a Limited Edition from you before they run out. I am affiliated with Origin and wouldn't want to add any new links to the site, though I respect your business and wish you the best in a competitive industry.
