How to watch the intro videos?

Is there a way to watch the intro videos for older expansions once you've installed a newer one?  Or a place I can watch them online?  I can't find them on youtube, or a solution for how to watch them...  About a million results for how to skip them though...  Like ten thousand spoons...

If you mean the video at the start of the game when you open it, it's always been the same video since Base Game. If you mean trailers they should be on youtube or on the official Sims 3 website pages for each Expansion.

I think he might be talking about that loading screen you get once you've gotten past that video, right before you get to choose your household. Those change with each expansion, but I'm afraid I don't know a way to go back to previous screens. A shame, because some of them were pretty cool.

I think there are Mods to change the loading screen.
