How to move into another house?

Hello, I want to move my sim into a townies house. They are best friends and when he askes the Ask To Move In interaction its pops up and has my controlled sim and his best friend grayed out and on his houses side. The problem is I want to move into their house. How?

You could have him move in with you and then move to the other house via the phone, or merge the households in edit town.

If you get them married, you can move into their house and then do a divorce shortly there after.
