I wasn't sure if this should go here in general discussion or in skills since repairs and upgrades relate to handiness.
So with the many arcade games that have come with expansions, and are available through DLC, I was wondering if they could be upgraded or if they can even break. I had had an idea for a build I wanted to do for some story telling with a friend, involving an arcade, with a section in the back that has broken games. So, can they break like TVs, stereos, and other electronics can? And what would be the best way to get them to break? I'm thinking a technophobic Sim, since I seem to recall at one point reading they can break electronics.
