Commercial lots, Faye Ray Arboretum and Vault of Antiquity

I wanted these two placed very close to each other in Dragon Valley.  I chose a narrow strip of land beside the river.



Lot Size for both:  20x15

This is a romantic spot for chilling out, reading a good book, practicing your alchemy, harvesting needed ingredients, picnicking, having a juice or whatever your Sim wishes.  There are no restrooms however I placed Varg's Tavern across the street and another club to the side.  You can either add your own rest room or add a small "potty lot" to either side.
