I recently got the opportunity to bring in 10 excellent cheeses but how do I find the cheese seeds or what do I need to do in order to plan t the cheese?

You go to the market and buy a few cheeses.  Then, go to build/buy mode and find the cheese and place them on your yard.  Go to live mode and your sim will plant them.  You should also buy a sprinkler and I would recommend upgrading it to autowatering so you don't have to remember to water them.  After some time your plants will be ready to harvest.  I'm on that right now I'm up to five excellent cheeses.  When you're up to ten you can bring them to the restaurant.  Not all the plants you harvest will be excellent.  You may have like 20 cheeses come from your plant but only one or two will be of exellent quality.  You can buy more cheeses to plant if you want.  The more plants you have could be the better chance you have of getting more excellent ones to come out of your harvest.  :)

The key is to replant the ones your plants produce. If you plant very nice produce, the new plant will produce great or excellent. This is how you keep improving the quality of your produce until you finally get perfect.

Wow I did not know this.  Thanks for the info. :)  The last harvest I did I didn't get anything great or excellent.  So, if I plant an excellent all the other plants it produces will be excellent?

The plants will be excellent with a chance of being outstanding. Excellent plants usually produce outstanding fruit. Outstanding plants usually produce perfect fruit.

Another great thing about the quick grow station I noticed is that kids can talk to the plants and their meter goes up. They don't get the skill until becoming a teen, but it gives a good head start.

@Mags:

Who are you quoting and from where? Not only are you talking about a different platform, some of that is off topic.

Well, it was taking me forever to get an excellent or perfect steak plant count of 10 for the last part in the opportunity.  I knew by the looks of it that my sim was going to die of old age before the challenge was finished.  I kept making ambrosia and still wasn't getting the right amount of steak plants, well I should say the right quality.  I don't like having my sims be immortal.  I'm already sick of them and ready to move on but I want to at least experience an Omni Plant.  So, I made my sim doing the opportunity immortal, well my sim and his son.  Now, I have 7 out of 10 plants so that's good.  I planted an excellent steak so my plants are now the quality they should be.

On a side note and off topic, I did get to scare the reaper and dance with him.  That was something I wanted to do for a while. :)
