If you've never played a fairy child before then you're missing out on an experience. Berry as a toddler could feed herself and put herself to bed because all I needed was a fairy house. As a child, she had an invisible IV attached to the elixir cabinet that kept her well invigorated and blissful. She would have some pollen punch on occasion but generally she seemed to enjoy the copious amounts of grapes that sat in her pocket. As a teenager, she learned to drive and from then on out. She was constantly on her way somewhere without ever leaving the house except for school and work. However, at one point she simply refused to take the motive mobile and kept going to work with only a half happy mood.
As an adult, Berry is boring. Berry is busy being boring. She makes widgets, she blows them up, she collects the scrap and repeats. This was done until we were finished all the challenges almost simultaneously. At least all but the master inventor and Ultimate Invention. I couldn't bring myself to watch her sit in front of station and I wanted this dynasty to be done quickly. So I only made large inventions when I had to. Eventually the Simbot chain started and I rejoiced. Between dragons and elixirs, she doesn't pee, shower, eat, sleep or talk to anyone unless it's absolutely necessary. Welcome to the life of a Licious.
With her purple outfit and his purple hair, this was obviously a couple made in heaven. Ignore Daddy Sean and Lonnie the Black dragon in the background sleeping through this enormous event.
Since he joined the household and they were both so nice as to pop some wishes, Guess what they got to do! Give you three guesses and first two don't count.
Now it's time for Berry to have her first Child.
Berry: "It's Alive!"
Riley: "Why can't I get to the bird?!"
Meet Alfred.
Even though he is her first child - the newness wears off quickly.
"That is an expression that is made more awesome by her face."
Berry: "It's alive!"
Then we had Clyde join the ranks as child number two. He seemed really surprised to be made.
Berry: "It's Alive!"
Riley: "Ew it's an unmade bed"
Dog: "What's with this witch and beds."
Or maybe it's fright at meeting his family for the first time.
It was about this time that the dragons took a nap. Wondering when the next artificial being would come into the household.
This is when I realized that I had no light in the corner where the fairy house lives.
The dog seems happy we got fireproof homestead for one of Berry's LTRs.
Oh, hey look it's Bubble and Riley talking about the babies Berry is almost ready to have.
This is Riley making a face....
.... about the time that Bubble hit him with the
ugly stick beauty branch.
"I think he's actually hissing at her. Who does that?"And for being mean to her son-in-law, Bubble gets banished to her room by Berry. Her room being the present I forgot to show you last time.
What kind of present is that you ask? Who wouldn't want a
retirement pod Troll hole! It comes with a rocking chair, mini fridge, sink, trash can, bean bag chair, tv, video game system and a shower. It's obviously the best thing ever.
The beauty of a troll hole. If you haven't figured it out this is obviously a giant piece of my strategy. A tv that doesn't give skill points, a shower that doesn't break, A sink and trash can for trash. A mini fridge for meals and a rocking chair to sleep in. A very awesome lady gave me the trick that rocking chairs means there are no burglars because even if everyone is sleeping in a rocking chair, the game acts like they are partially awake. The giant eye on the wall means my Avant Garde got me the achivement for critiquing because she does it 20 times a day which gives her a happy moodlet. There is no door at this moment when I took the picture but there is during important family events. When Bubble was in this room, I never had to check on her. She took care of all of her needs when she needed to. I just looked in and pulled out the bowls, juice boxes and plates she didn't clean up when I thought about it.
Welcome to the second life of a Licious.. Mwahahahahahaha. Seriously - between advice I got from Vinyl, my own sense of fiendish delightment and seeing Orange Iguana do his "cells" this was the single key part to doing what I did in such a hurry. When I needed a Sim they got a door but they always got "sent back to their room" when I was done with that single moment.
Is it mean? They're living a fulfilling life and they can do what they want all day long. They never go hungry or stay dirty or get tired. Every day they talk to family and friends. Often I would find them texting or calling random people. Not to mention all the gaming they can do as full fledged nerds.
Coming up next time -- How Berry made me rethink my naming strategy.
