Will Sims visit player made bars?

Yes, yes they will, depending on the Lot Designation. I've built Dive Bars before and Sims visit them

Gingerkid, it really isn't clear from the title of your thread what the subject is.  You appear to have gotten the answer you were looking for from Wiry, but for the sake of other people who might be looking for help, would you mind changing the title of the thread?  You can do this by modifying the Subject line in your first post - perhaps something like "Will Townies visit player-made bars?" or whatever you feel would be more suitable.  Thank you!
