Store worlds not showing up as installed

I'm beginning to wonder why I continue to try to play this game.  Now, not only are my premium items not showing up, but the store worlds are also not showing up.  They download dutifully, install smoothly but when I got to the main menu in game nothing shows except worlds that come with EP's except Riverview which is there.  I have no mods and no downloads of other creations, only my own and very few of those.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled all my store items and worlds several times now and am really stumped.  Anyone have any helpful ideas?  I haven't even played one single game yet.

Yes.  More than once.  Waiting to hear if I need to remove everything from launcher as well as the files.  Thanks, Seabody.

Hopefully one of them works and you won't need Option 4.

Thank you Nona.  Great advice and very clearly stated.  Bookmarked for future reference.  You did a great job on that site!

At the moment, after deleting pretty much everything, (yes, saved a copy of my Sims3 file), I have managed to install all the worlds and they show up.  I've also been able to install the Sims I've created and will do my builds next.  No CC or mods so I know my builds are safe.  Just installed the premium content so going back in to see if those items show up.  If they do I'll just reinstall my regular store items from download dashboard. 

Hopefully can grow back the hair I've pulled out over this frustrating mess.

All's well at the moment.  Everything installing and showing up just fine.  I've no clue why or how but I'll take the goodness.  Thanks to all who have helped.
