Installed items not showing up in buy mode

I've just installed Sims3, in order, on a new to me pc.  I've downloaded almost all my items and worlds.  I've actually redownloaded the missing items which are all premium items.  Some of them came with worlds, (massage table, wood oven, hot air balloon), but can also be downloaded individually, at least as long as you already owned them.  My items are not showing up anywhere in buy mode or buydebug.  My caches are empty.  I do not use mods.  I do not have 3rd pty cc, (ok a couple of things we've had around for quite awhile from our members but they are cc free).  I haven't even played a game yet.  Anyone know what I should do to get my things to show up?

Well that's odd. Maybe you can try to download the items from the Downloads Dashboard? It sounds like an error on your account, not your game, since this happens in all your new saves.
