I was recently gifted an item and today, I realised I hadn't yet downloaded it.
So I went to my purchase history in the store, where I found that it wasn't lifted. Curious, I went to my email, where I knew I had been emailed the notification of the gift, but following the links there (one to the gifter, and two to the item), the store seemed to not have recognised the gift, as I just got the "Buy Now" button instead of "Download" underneath the SimPoint cost.
Am I missing something obvious, or should I contact EA Support? If so, how do I, I've never needed to in my time of playing Sims 3 (since release in '09).
