Thanks, and yea I know, torture isn't exactly family friendly. But still, I really like medieval times and with or without combat, religious fanatics and etc... it has a great potential.

I can say without a doubt religious fanatics will not show up in any sim game. Although I personally find they are a big part of the medieval time period, any religious thing isn't added in a sims game, because it has to sell all around the globe.
Even though with World Adventures the storyline didn't go very deeply into the Egyptian mythologie.

Religion was the main thing in Medieval Times in my opinion, interesting to see what it turns out like.

Neofelis nebulosa,
:D I guess you are dreaming your Christmas Dreams early!
Yeah, I give EA credit, the fact the Sims runs as well as it does, most of the time, is a testament to the work they've put it on the game.

Argh! Hoisted by my own petard! Kinda. To be wrong so many years is a humbling thing. Aye 'tis. (Why am I suddenly sort of talking like a pirate? Strange!) I do think NeoFelis Nebulosa is one of the most beautiful of the big cats, but I was mixing up its name with the snow leopard, which is Panthera uncia. The clouded is still in the top five of my most beautiful of the big cats, but it's the snow leopard and the jaguar that are wrestling for number one. NeoFelis is still a good username, I think.

I'm glad you could see I was not bashing EA with my comment, though I think they could do a better job in some areas. For those who buy Medieval the moment it comes out, it'll be interesting to see/hear how glitchy/non-glitchy it is. I have this feeling that it's going to require a more powerful computer setup than the Sims 3 did when it came out, but it'll have been almost a year (if the usual delays occur) later when it's released and game specs do change fast.

Wow. I had not seen that yet. At :23 that poor Sim is being put on a rack! He's definitely in for a tough day.

It's definitely looking shiny.  :)

Those "Medieval" Sims make Sims3 Sims look bletchy.

Understatement! LOL This is the kind of thing we need to get people waiting with bated (you can try baited if you like; bait for EA is money according to the skill book  ;D) breath. I feel just a smidge less ambivalent about it now.

So that is why some people here are asking about torture in this game? Hmmm, interesting thing indeed. As we all know, those torture machines were used to efficiently interrogate enemies, but how they will do that in a sim game in a T for teens related environment... makes me curious.
