I'm asking about the Create a World Tool.

Let's say, If my base game version is 1.19.44, what will happen If I install the latest Create a World?

The tool I install before broke my whole game from Base Game, Late Night and Outdoor Living, and made it's version into 0.0.0.0.

Luckily I could fix it,

So, what will happen if I do that?

We are currently on patch 1.50 for the game. If you download the latest version, you will need to make sure your game is patched up to date.

But, are there any download for patch 1.19.44 Create a World anymore?

You might be able to find a matching version of CAW somewhere on the internet.  It's probably easier to patch your game up to 1.50, but you might get lucky and find a CAW archive.  If the CAW and Sims versions don't match CAW will most likely not work at all.

For an older version of CAW your best bet is probably a lot of googling.  I'd suggest "Sims Create a World 1.19.44" to start.  Good luck!
