Buying Sims 3 Games
« on: June 03, 2013, 08:25:42 PM »
Hi I wasn't sure where to post this so I posted here. Please move if its wrong!

I started Sims 3 kind of late in the making. Anyway I now have all EP's, most stuff packs, and 2 towns. I don't know where to find Fast Lane and Outdoor Living though. I my local store they don't carry them anymore. And I don't know what to do. A last resort would be to virtually buy the code, but I really wanted to have them in hard copy. Anyone know where to get them? Help is greatly appreciated! Thank You so much! This forum is great, cant say it enough ! :)

I also don't have High end loft stuff, but It is still on the market, should be getting it soon! :)
I love this forum and just want to say thank you to everyone! :) Have a great rest of your day!

Hi Doxxie,

Maybe try Amazon.com, Walmart.com or Target.com. Places like that may still have the SPs your looking for.

Target is actually the local store I was referring to. And Walmart doesnt, I have looked.

But Amazon is a GREAT Idea, I  would have never thought.

Also, you might try Staples online. I got Supernatural from there for 14.99. They may have them, I don't know, but it's maybe worth a look.

When searching at places like Amazon make sure that the item is for a physical disc.

If you have access to other stores in the area, you may look for it there.

Also, Best Buy might be a good idea to look at if you have one in the area.  The Sims 3 is one of the few series they still carry on their shelves for PC games.  You might also find a copy at a Gamestop, but their PC game section is next to non-existent.

For that matter, you may be able to find some copies on E-Bay as well.  However, be sure to make sure it is new/unopened if you do so.

Based off my own area, Target is probably your best bet.  Walmart seems to be phasing out computer games all together.  Otherwise, yeah, if you can get an unopened phyicial copy from Amazon, that might be your best bet.

My target  doesn't carry fast lane and outdoor living, they say its not in the database anymore, or whatever. The electronics guy made it sound like its "retiring"

Like EA put it in a "Disney vault", haha

So completely leaving, and I was really worried!

Thank You everyone for all the help.  I for sure will be getting these and looking around harder!!:)
