It says in the guide you can help support this forum by ordering/preordering from Origin.  How and where?  There is no link for the new stuff for pre-order but if you watch the trailers there is a spot to click to order.  I always buy through Origin but I want it to help our forum.

I like having it like WA, because then they might fix the traveling bugs, cause you know, they are kind game-breakers. I'm super psyched about this one!

There's a link at the top of the Guide in a blue box where it says you can support our site.  Once you click through, you just search for whatever you want to buy and it will count toward the commission the site earns from the sale.

I just noticed that some of the new hair in the pics are multicolored, like more than what you can do with highlights now. I wonder if it's just for the new hair or if you're going to able to have two-toned hair in all of your hair. Ha, the weirdest things always catch my eye in new EP teaser pics.

I noticed that too. Ya I always notice smaller things too, like the tube in the back that a sim was inside. Looks like we are getting a new stair item.

Oooooh ... looking at that picture makes me think of one thing and one thing only, Star Trek inspired turbolifts.

By turbolifts you mean like the air tube things?

That's the tube elevator. Reminds of The Jetsons.
I hope sims don't react to a Plumbot like they do a Simbot. I don't use Simbots or Ghost in my games because of the reactions and canceling actions every time one shows up.

Plumbots are a new life state. They become members of the family and normal members of the future community, so I don't thin they would have crazy reactions.

I just watched the live broadcast, when the name of this ep was announced I really didn't think I'd be that interested but I so am, plumbots look amazing and I love the fact your past can change your future.

There's a new blog post up.

And the replay is up already for anybody who missed it.

Just finished watching the live broadcast, IT'S AMAZING! You can tell that there is A LOT of new stuff and gameplay that is being added. If I am correct there are two new skills; Future Tech skill (not the exact name but it had to do with using future technology like the hover board) and the Plumbot building skill. They also slipped in that there is some sort of futuristic pet that will be included. Also, we can buy houses and live in the future as long as we want, but they said that it would take away from more gameplay and options that you can do in the present to effect the future. They also mentioned "Legacy Statues" that you can earn in some way that will appear in the future. There is so much more cool stuff that will be coming and I can't wait for more live demos, and for the EP it's self to come out in late October.

While the name didn't interest me, as soon as I read the description of this new EP I changed my mind. The thing that worries me after seeing the broadcast, though, is the mention of the time traveler landing on your lawn. Did I get that right? Because while that would be cool for a game where you want to focus on the future interactions, I don't know that I'd want to play every game that way. Like I didn't want Supernatural until I knew it was possible not to have your town full of vampires and fairies and such. As an expanded gameplay option, it's great--as a forced game element in all games, not so much. An option to travel to the future sounds like it would be less intrusive than supernatural NPCs everywhere, so hopefully that won't be an issue.  ???

I've noticed what looks like a new death from the trailer. At about 1:03 there's a plumbot smelling (?) a turquois ghost with hot pink hair. My hope is that's it's Death By Paradox. ;) Figured it warranted me telling everyone here.
