I was thinking, and this is a very random question, but say you have 7 people in a house. What if you were to move in someone who didnt know they were pregnant but are. Is that possible?

Impossible. Once a sim Tries For Baby, they count as two people.

Even if they tried for a baby outside your lot, before gameplay began.I was thinking about this for Imogen Pelly in Appalossa Plains.

Even so. After all, she would give birth inside your household, and that would make nine--which is impossible without mods.

Even if the Sim doesn't know she's pregnant yet, the game knows and will act accordingly.
