Hi,

I realised after submitting my score that my three scoring sims had actually completed 31 skill challenges, not 27 as I had originally posted in my post earlier in this thread. I neglected to check all of the tabs along the top of my scoring sims' skill journals. If one of the challenge team wants more details on it, please PM me. I should warn you, however, I've got nights in hospital coming up within the week, so I may only be able to respond after July 22nd.

ooh will we be allowed to discuss it when this challenge has closed? I thought we might have to wait until Rica's has ended in case there's transferable intel.

Vesper, I hadn't thought of that -- usually we can discuss strategy and how we played immediately after the challenge, but they might want us to wait.

I learned a lot from this challenge (again), but now I am off to do Rica's. That will be a bit harder I am afraid.

26 maxed skills = 26000
0 skill points = 0
50 skill challenges = 50*0.05 = 2.5+1= 3.5

Score = 26000*3.5=91000

I am happy with my score, but could have completed more skill challenges if I paid more attention to them.

Hunter, Raineflower, and Orion finished this challenge with a total of:

23 maxed skills X 1000 = 23,000
60 challenges completed = 1.00 + 60(.05) = 4.00

23,000 X 4.00 = 92,000

I think this is the highest I've ever scored on the board! Maybe it's just because I'm posting my score 4 days early, but I usually post it on the last night!

Hi! May I join or is it too late? Do I just "go for it" and then just post my score? I wouldn't practice because I'd get bored, I'll just try to see what happens on my first attempt and I guess since in this challenge there are some cheats allowed it might be easier.

Yes you can join.  As you said, go ahead and do the challenge and post your score before the end of the challenge this weekend.

So I started my household in Apaloosa Plains, but it was not a good idea, everything there is so far away from everything else! Which would be a good town to do this challenge?

OH, I'm sorry! I didn't know that was strategy talk, I guess I don't even know what strategy talk is in the first place! Specially after reading post of people asking what to do, that's what I did. I don't know all of the towns and I didn't find screenshot of the towns, just to see where is what.

And I didn't know you only got one shot... I think I read about people "practicing for the challenge". This is like my first challenge ever and I didn't read it in the rules that you only had one attempt.

That's ok, I'll just play it on my own then, I'd rather have fun playing!

You can do as many practice attempts as you want, but once you start your actual attempt, you can't restart.
