Chapter Seven – The Next Step

Today a vampire-zombie died. It was really awful. I feel so sorry for...um...whats-her-name.

Oh, we also bought a MultiTab! It’s awesome. I’m always listening to these cooking TabCasts, which are basically in-ear skill books. You can also buy books online, read current books on the MultiTab and play online social games!

The boys aged up again. Robert went first.

I can see this guy still loves his Irish Green. I don’t expect him to grow out of it. Ever.

Then it was Dominic’s turn. I have no idea why he is floating. Perhaps he was accidentally bottle-fed some strange elixir when I took him to the store the other day.

I might be old fashioned but even people didn’t dress like that when I was young. Mirror time!

This is Dominic after his makeover. It looks fine but…his hair! It’s like a demented porcupine! But I guess it is an improvement from that other hairstyle.

Moving on, here’s their new room! I replaced the old puzzle carpet with squares, and put in a nice bunk bed. I also re-painted the walls a creamy shade of yellow, like the rest of the house.

Since Robert is a genius, he plays on his chess table constantly. He says it 'clears the mind'. Even though Gracie looks confident, she never wins.

And why do homework with pen and paper when you can do it on a MultiTab? It only takes the boys minutes to do it online. You see how awesome I am as a father? My boys are barely children yet but I’ve bought them a MultiTab.

The boys look great! I love Dominic's hairstyle. It definitely does not look like a demented porcupine! :) Where did you find their formal wear? It comes with the Supernatural expansion pack, right?

Well, I guess I like demented porcupines then, because that hairstyle is just too cute! I love their formal wear outfits, too.

Thank you! I love his hairstyle too - it comes with Ambitions. And yes, their formal wear does come with Supernatural.

Chapter Eight – Young Love

Howdy! Dominic here. Dad said I could have a go at narrating a chapter.

I should mention that I joined the scout troop at our school. Dad said I have to go because when he was little, he actually wanted to be a scout but he never could. So he's forcing me to join. Whatever. But the gopod thing about scouts is that Mum keeps on saying how ‘dashing’ I look in my uniform.

Another thing that’s great about being a scout is that my uniform camouflages with the rug! I am invisible!

Unfortunately, Robert screamed obnoxiously ‘DOMINIC HAS A WHOPPEE CUSHION!!’ and to my annoyance, Dad saw. He chewed me out heaps.

Anyway, it was soon my teen birthday! I mean our birthday. Robert and I both have to age up together.

I kept my original hairstyle for my teen years. I like it a lot. It’s hot.

Then it was Rob’s turn. He’s a Star Wars nut, so I believe he was attempting to use the force to blow out the candles. So weird.

His age-up outfit was possibly worse than mine. Actually, scratch that, make it definitley worse than mine.

Even in that silly Irish Green, Robert turned out OK.  And he got Dad’s hairstyle!

We had our Prom coming up so I invited this cute girl over, to you know, ask her. Her name’s Gwen.  But anyway, Robert acted really...shy around her, so I left them alone for a while to play Rocksmith.

I turned my back for not even an hour (or two or three) and the next thing I know, they’re having their first kiss. Not that I was spying on them or anything. Now I don’t have a date and our Prom is tomorrow!

Poor Dominic! I must say that Dominic's right about Robert's age-up outfit. It certainly didn't suit him!

Aw, so not cool to steal your sibling's date! Well, I hope Dominic finds himself a date after all.

Poor Dom! Gwen is very pretty. But I'm sure if she marries Robert they'll make some cute nooboos. And I love their outfits!

Chapter Nine – The Prom

I think it would be interesting if I gave you a little tour of our house. We used to have it double-storey but it’s much easier to maintain a single-storey house. Anyway, here’s the outside.

Here’s the living room.

And of course, the kitchen.

This is where we eat our meals.

The bathroom. You can’t see in this picture, but we have a dryer, washing machine and a sink.

My bedroom. The bed cover is aqua: my favourite colour. Luckily Gracie doesn’t mind.

And finally, the boys’ bedroom.

Later that day the boy’s had their high school prom. How exciting! The school even got a stretch limo to come and pick up the boys. Unfortunately, the limo didn’t bring them back home, so I had to pick them up at 10:30 at night.

Robert ended up having a blast at the Prom. He was voted Prom King and became an official couple with his girlfriend, Gwen.

Poor Dom was the opposite. He had no date, he saw someone wearing the same tuxedo and got rejected for a dance with a cheerleader. Terrible.

He was devastated, so to cheer him up we bought a second dog. This time we got a larger one, he named him Charlie. He’s such a friendly dog, but’s he rather bouncy! It’s cute though.
