Junkyard items spawning in non-junkyard lots?

Has anybody else experienced this and/or know how to fix it? This is at a Shear Perfect Salon placed next door to the Frio house in SV. I tried going into Edit Town, deleting the lot and putting it back, and the charred items were gone for about a day before they started spawning again! This happened to me once before on a different game, in Sunset Valley as well. I can't quite remember what lot it was, but it was a lot I placed down myself into the town and it wasn't a salon.

Oh, wait, found a solution... I went into buy mode in the salon more than once and never saw any spawners, so I was confused... But I created a basement and then I was able to see the spawners. Sorry for taking up thread space!! Go ahead and stick this in the graveyard, my bad.

The thing is there shouldn't BE any spawners!  Not on that lot.  Having a similar problem and yes, you have to make a basement to find them all.  But do they come back?

What a bizarre thing to happen.  I've used that empty lot next to the Frios' many times - it's one of my favourite places to build - and I've never had that happen.  I wonder what could have caused it?
