How To Track a Social Worker?

I'm trying to find a social worker, but no matter how hard I look, I can't find her. Is there any way to force one to come on my lot?

Well apart from this being in the wrong forum, the Social Worker is an npc, and is basically homeless in a sense.  If you want to force one to appear, adopt a kid or be really negligent with one and have it taken away.

Or a pet. The social worker brings pets and comes to get them if you are negligent or don't want them anymore.

Chuckles & folcon are right.  The only way to see one is to adopt or be negligent to a child/animal you already have.   A photo will only work on the ones that come to pick up neglected children/pets.
