The Elven Town Jump-The Changes
« Reply #871 on: October 14, 2013, 07:44:26 AM »

Things had changed around Breagadoir's household.

Harlequin was spending all sorts of time plotting exactly how she would torture, torment, and terminate a certain elven Watcher.

Another strong female presence was quickly making itself known around the household.

Titania...well, no one really paid any attention to Titania...

Aeric was suddenly happy.  Very, very happy.

And things were also changing for the heir and his mother.
"So, I never wanted a kid in the first place," she began, "so now that I'm rid of your father, I'm just going to leave you here with grandpa and get back to running my coven.  Try not to get arrested too much."
"Okay.  Thanks, mom," Leithleach replied.

The Countess then left for her new, Victorian-styled residence.
Two familiar-looking vampires joined her there.
As head of the coven, she got the master (or perhaps, "mistress") bedroom.

And she has plans to get rid of the animal prints.
Nakisha has taken up residence in the barn's loft and has intentions of getting horses...or unicorns...

And Lana has taken residence in the attic bedroom, though she doesn't expect to spend too many nights alone there.

Since Nakisha and Lana had vacated the little sunflower house that Breagadoir still owned, a new tenant moved in...

Welcome to your one bedroom hovel, Leithleach.

Poor Leithleach, that's no fit home for an heir.

What did Leif ever do to you?

Poor Leithleach, that's no fit home for an heir.
Well, he's kind of the "afterthought heir" given that Sotal made himself a target and Aeric captured all the important attention.

An heir I don't like, it certainly is!
I actually think Leithleach is a rather decent heir, but I also know more about his story than you do (which is saying something given the moonside vantage point you claim).

What did Leif ever do to you?
Valid question.  Wiry?

Perhaps he is jealous of LeathLeechLeach's fantastic nick-name. Auto-correct certainly is boggled.

The Elven Town Jump-The Two Trios
« Reply #877 on: October 17, 2013, 07:43:28 AM »

The maid had to take over gardening duties.

We may not be seeing her anymore, but Appaloosa Plains will be seeing quite a bit of this trio.

"This place looks rather lively," said the Countess.  "Let's see if we can't put an end to that."
"Yes, mistress," agreed Nakisha.  Lana simply scanned the room for her first victim.

Nakisha, the younger of the vamps, used her powers to make this fairy think about her.

Lana preferred direct confrontation.
"Hello, flutterboy," she greeted the fairy.
"Good evening, bloodsucker," sneered the unimpressed fairy.

The Countess enamored a poor, young sap while positioning herself close enough to keep and eye on her youngest gal.

"You don't impress me, vamp," continued the fairy man, "You reek of death."
"Whereas you simply reek," countered the vampire.  "Might be time for your yearly bath."

Nakisha was having more success with her shirtless suitor.
"Why don't you let me feed from you, precious little glowbug?" she suggested.

Yes, she was having far more success.
"Of course, mistress," he answered, "Anything to make you happy."
And when it was time to leave the club, Nakisha brought her new boy toy outside with her.

"This nasty thing is the brother of that glowbug I was arguing with," Lana growled.
"Easy, girls," smiled the Countess, "we'll use this one to get back at the other.  Now tell your pet nighty-night, 'Kisha."

And even as the vamps were heading back to their Victorian abode, another house was already occupied and active.

"My heart beats only for you, Lea," Aeric said to his lady love.
"Cool, dude," she replied, "and speaking of beats..."

Yep.  Leithleach has a band now.

Hahaha, Leif did tell his dad they were going to start a band. That's too funny.

The Elven Town Jump-The Shocking News
« Reply #881 on: November 01, 2013, 11:05:37 PM »

The Watcher seemed very uneasy as she began her update.
"We'll start with your sister," she told an apathetic Breagadoir.  "It seems that Shanda's secret lover had a bit of a surprise as his daughter told her about advances that a certain young elf had made."

She continued, "After hearing what she had to say, Sergeant Best, who has ever been a pillar of the law, did something he never thought he'd do:  he tattled to Alphin's mommy."

"She took things into her own hands."

"There was a heated exchange."

"And then Alphin was escorted to his own place," she finished.

"Shanna went to visit her fellow," she informed the prince, as he continued not to respond.

"She had something important to tell him."

"She was quite nervous about how he would take it," she said,

"but he was delighted by the news."
She then paused.  It was a long enough pause that Breagadoir broke the silence with, "Are you going to waste my time with the update about my brother, or am I to be spared that agony today?"
She let out a sigh, and then continued her update.  "Caoin's household had two visitors recently."

"One was a French woman who Charmaine met at the elixir shop.  The other..."

"Well, your brother's secret room was a workroom.  He was trying to make a time machine as Diahl had done so his heirs could get a head start like yours did," she managed to say.

"Things went wrong...so very horribly wrong..."

"Really?" asked a suddenly intrigued Bregadoir.  "Are my parents just going to hand over the crown now that their favorite is gone?"
"How insensitive can you be?!?!" she asked, incredulous.
"Quite a bit more than you know," he answered, truthfully.  "So, now that their plan to hand the crown to Goody McTwoshoes has failed, what's their plan B?"
"...I don't know," she replied.

Yeah, it caught me off guard too.  He was in the shed working on inventing, so I was just managing the rest of his family.  Then, when I noticed his background was yellow, I clicked on his portrait figuring he was hungry or needed the potty.  He was on fire.  And had minutes left.  I got there too late.

Wait, was it Caoin who died or his heir?
Caoin.  i'm still up in the air about how to handle this.  Really threw a wrench in the works.
