Yeah, in a relationship like this, perhaps it's safer for all parties to stick with your owner.
Well, that would have been a good idea, though Sotal has already been cheating.

Please don't kill off the Countess. She's one of my favorites.
Are you suggesting I might kill off Sims in this story?!?!?  Oh wait...

Oh, Hearts. Showing affection is the kiss of death.
You mean... this tattoo I got of "Countess Forever" is going to be a mistake?
Just a little bit.
Oh my goodness!  Yes, I encourage everyone to run out right now and get countess forever tattoos.  Best idea ever.

No I totally get that, I mean I know what you use to qualify in the game I was just thinking in terms of story context how the elven race you invented fits in with everything else.
Given that the elves are more of a visual thing in terms of the elven appearance rather than it bing based on magic or anything, they can actually blend in other traits.  I was actually hoping that Dahlia would have given Breagadoir an elven heir with fairy wings.

Perhaps we should discuss Countess Forever tattoos elsewhere.

The Elven Town Jump-The Best Refusal
« Reply #695 on: August 27, 2013, 06:37:52 PM »

"...and so I can't come see you anymore," he concluded.
"What do you mean?" countered Lana, "You can't see me anymore, or you can't see either of us?"

"I'm done with both of you," he clarified.  "I'm a father now, and I have to focus on having a suitable heir.  Father's work must always come first, despite the passion we may feel."
Nakisha just laughed and added, "If I were you, I'd make excuses to avoid ending up on that vamp's bad side too."
Sotal just walked away.

And while that relationship was ending, this one was continuing to grow.  Lots of chatting.  Lots of eye contact.

And this interaction between the maid and a paparazzo was happening, but to what end?
The maid's primary interactions were only with the household.

Specifically, she had become their built-in nanny.

The child's parents were not nearly as attentive to her as they were to each other.
"So, Father told me where the time machine is," Sotal began, a wicked smile on his face, "so I though you might enjoy exploring time with me?"

And so, the loving couple made their way to the machine,

and spread their relationship throughout the chronicles of history...and nearly became history themselves.
"Oww!  That scratched my side," Sotal said as the arrow whizzed past.
"I'll suck out the poison!" the Countess replied.
"It's not poisonous..." he began.
"Don't ruin it."
"Yes, dear."

Meantime, another couple was enjoying a new venue for "interacting."

And when they were finished with that, they had a little chat.

As he dropped to one knee and pulled out a handcrafted piece of jewelry, Breagadoir said, "Harlequin Goth, only true love of my life...besides wealth and power, would you do me the honor of making me the happiest elf alive?"
Her response was, "No,"

"I'd rather make us the most powerful evil couple in the Simverse."
Breagdoir's response was simply a smile that spread from one pointy ear to the other.

Sotal is such a disappointment in manliness. I think Breagadoir needs to take a break from the circus and whip that boy into shape before Countess eats him alive. I hope Damon isn't being as submissive, for he cannot think without Sotal!

Congrats to Harledoir or are you calling it Breagaquin?!

And oh yeah, I see exactly where Breagadoir was looking ;)

No, Dolls! I like the Countess! Sotal is her second.

Sotal is definitely not the same man his father is.  However, his father is now being fathful, so maybe he's just following that example.  Yes, let's go with that story ;=)

The Countess is a fun character in this.  Lana would have been the submissive (though sneaky) spouse for Sotal, but it seemed more interesting for Sotal (whose name means "pride") to be made very submissive by a stronger spouse.

He was seeing both of them? Who's this other girl? Am I the only one freaking out about this?

Anyway, Breagaquin (I like that one) is cute as always. I like their pictures. They're all laughing haughtily and disdainfully. I can hear it.

Yeah, he was seeing both of them.  The other girl was Lana's roommate.  She had tried to cook the first day in town and started the house on fire.  Nakisha was the firefighter who showed up, so Lana invited her to hang out and then move in.
Yes, Breagaquin (or whatever name you like for them) makes me all sorts of happy  :=)

Oh, okay. I was freaking out too, but was afraid that everyone understood better than I. I like Brealequin or Breallequin.

The Elven Town Jump-The Bachelor(ette) Party
« Reply #702 on: August 30, 2013, 07:46:44 AM »

Since bringing her back from the land of the dead, Breagadoir has been by Harlequin's side almost every moment.

However, there are those moments when he's behind her instead.

Sotal and the Countess continue enjoying having personal time while time traveling,

yet journeys to the past have gotten Sotal just a bit worried about his own past.
However, he had other things to be focused on before he could give his history his full attention.

Breagadoir and Harlequin were having a bachelor and bachelorette party.  Together.

Because of the party and a mid-life crisis wish, the Countess went into town to have a professional makeover.

She was not pleased with the results.

And she calmly and rationally discussed that with the stylist.

When she got home, she took care of the makeover for herself.

Harlequin also went with a new look for the party,

as did Breagadoir who played the generous host and led some of the guests into the garden where the refreshments had been placed.  He had a chuckle as he knew none of his guests knew that they were the refreshments.

"Come on, everyone," Breagadoir called to his family, "watch our guests end up like Titania!"

Sure enough, cowplant tongue cake proves once again to be an irresistible treat.

This summoned another visitor to the festivities.

And the countess fulfilled another mid-life crisis wish by flirting with someone other than her huband.

Wow. Flirting with Grim? I guess that fits. I notice the errant stylist was one of the unlucky ones.
