Well done. A nice twist of fate. Can we hear what Caoin does when he receives the report?

She seems pretty happy to be in that maid outfit. XD Probably because she doesn't have to sleep out in the garden!

So, so amazing. I wonder what Caoin will think when he (Caoin's the brother, right?) hears about his son's predicament.
Personally, I'm hoping the Virtue will be a good, but short lasting gardener. ;)
There's decent chance that Virtue's status as gardener might be short lived  ;=)

That little touch of having her actually wear a maid's uniform just pushed it right over the top. Well done, you made me laugh out loud!
Thanks!  I have been waiting since the story started to set this up  :=)

I agree. I did not actually see that coming  :o
Yes!  Snuck it past you!

Well, Caoin may or may not find out.  Guess you'll have to wait and see.

Agreed, sleeping in an actual house and bed would put you in a much better humor that a nap surrounded by cowplants  :=)

The Elven Town Jump-The Unhealthy Appetites
« Reply #593 on: August 13, 2013, 12:29:21 AM »

Since Breagadoir owned an extra house anyway,

it was the obvious place to put a certain mistress.

And her lovely new roommate, who certainly fit Sotal's taste in women.
"Well hello there, lovely lady," Sotal greeted her.
"Hello yourself, tall green and handsome," Nakisha replied with a giggle.
"Inside.  Now," said Lana, as she walked up and saw the flirting happening.

Once they were inside, Sotal assured his mistress, "You know you're the only one for me my dear."
"Really?  Then why do you keep looking out the window?"
"Oh," he replied smoothly, "just checking for paparazzi to make sure I have you all to myself.

Meantime, Breagadoir was also making new friends...

with Hailey Shepherd:  one of the vampires from the Appaloosa Plains coven.
"I hear elven plasma is delectable," she said, a hungry look in her eyes.
"Business before pleasure, my dear," he replied.

And while others were making friends...

Janice was making the bed.  And where was the maid's dear, hungry husband, the gardener?

Ouch. Those cow plants are certainly unforgiving.

Lana's got some nerve, she's sleeping with Sotal's father for Watcher's sake! Who is she to lecture him on fidelity!

Yep.  They're fun!  I've been waiting since my early planning days for this story for Breagadoir to "accidentally" feed one of Caoin's children to a cowplant  :=)

She is a hypocrite.  That's who she is  :=)

She's a hypocrite. Hypocrites are cool.
About time, Caoin's son!
I wonder what Hailey has for him?

The Elven Town Jump-The Inventor's Task
« Reply #598 on: August 14, 2013, 07:49:45 AM »

In the office of a Bridgeport loft

an unexpected visitor arrived

and didn't leave empty handed.

"I've got it, Father," Diahl announced as he came back to the present.

"And that newspaper you asked me to pick up."
