Breagadoir doesn't seem too worried about being left behind. I'm sure he has a plan ;D
Oh definitely, Breagadoir must have a plan  ;D
Does Breagadoir ever not have a plan?
I'm not worried in the slightest.
Well, they have six more towns to hit, so an early lead doesn't guarantee a win.  It also depends on what LTW's the heirs get.  Some can be accomplished far more quickly than others, but they don't determine them until they age up to YA.

Technically, that is the Nectary orchard, so I hardly think it could be considered stealing by anyone as it is clearly there to be used for making nectar. Not, if they'd gone to that house with the fruit trees--there's a definite case there.
They hit both sites.  All three days, actually.  Trespassing definitely happened.

The Elven Town Jump-The Final Days in the Falls
« Reply #541 on: August 01, 2013, 11:00:54 AM »

Diahl finally finished the project his father had assigned him, so he went out to celebrate.

The city of Moonlight Falls will be delighted when Breagadoir, Sotal, and Diahl are no longer around to celebrate in their respective demonstrative fashions.

But a few other things needed to happen before that crew would exit the city limits.  Among them, Breagadoir had to finish his final two cases to accomplish his lifetime wish, but the family had some other business to handle.  First off, they had a celebration.

It was finally the day that Damon and his beloved Naomi would be wed.  Their guests were greeted by the lovely guitar stylings of Damon's stepmother (though not legally as she has commitment issues and has not actually married Breagadoir), Titania Summerdream.  She made $129 in tips at this wedding.  Damon instantly became her favorite stepchild.

And while Titania was busily entertaining the guests, Bregadoir took the opportunity to chat with the sister of the bride:  a certain Faith MacDuff.  Had she noticed, Titania would not have been pleased.

The last guest to arrive did so in style.  It was Diahl's alien friend.  They are obviously rather fond of one another, but they have not yet become romantic interests.  It would seem their love is based on intellect rather than emotionality.
As the sun was setting over Moonlight Falls,

the guests made their way inside the chapel.
However, some of the guests weren't really focused on the happy couple.

"I vow to be yours and only yours forever.  Or as forever as vampires tend to be," Damon said to his beaming bride.  It became more and more obvious as the ceremony went on that they'd written their own vows.

But the lack of verbal fluency was perhaps outweighed by the emotion in Damon's eyes and in the love that Naomi reflected back.

At last, they were pronounced man and wife.

The wedding reception, as is usually the case, proved to be a great opportunity for Nadine to pass information subtly.

It was also full of exuberant dancing.

Though, for some reason, Countess Snipes was dancing alone...

"Honey, I'm home," Sotal announced as he arrived at his love nest.  If only he knew what other visitors Lana had entertained.

Out of respect for the happy occasion, Breagadoir only verbally abused the paparazzi. Naomi appreciated his self-control.  However, as Damon was undergoing his conversion to a vampire so that he could take over the vampiric hives in Moonlight Falls, Countess Snipes made sure that his spell-casting wife knew her place in the pecking order.

"I am still in charge of this coven," the countess informed the witch.  "You both answer to me!"
For now, Naomi thought to herself.

Bregadoir had reached his lifetime wish by the time that Damon had changed, so he made his departure even as Damon and Naomi made an arrival...

to take their place upon the throne,

to rule (as equals, against the Countess' wishes) over the vampiric hives of Moonlight Falls.
"Scoot over here closer to me, dear," Naomi told her husband.
"Yes dear," he replied.

Damon is ever HOTTER as a vampire. Make sure you save all the Breagadoir men so I can make you that calendar. This is really going to happen as soon as there are 12 men. Real life.

Nadine looks beautiful as always! And the fact that Damon and his wife are taking over the Vampires in Moonlight falls is fantastic! Great story line.

I pity the sibling who will have to move into Moonlight Falls after Breagadoir has trashed restructured the place.

I'm hoping that it'll be impossible to find a proper spouse that isn't related to them story-wise. But heir will be something like, second cousins once removed, I think. :) So it's safe for them to breed without inbreeding.

Bragadoir did a very good job at restructuring the place. And if the townspeople get word that the sibling is related to Breagadoir, things might get messy.

Revolts in the streets, Damon and his wife having their coven attack the "enemies" of Breagadoir, and etc., etc.

You're right.  Breagadoir certainly does make attractive children!  Glad you're enjoying the story.

Agreed, Breagadoir has left an interesting imprint on the Falls.

That was somewhat Bregadoir's scheme.

That was somewhat Bregadoir's scheme.

That was SOMEWHAT his scheme? Then what was the rest of it?

Angry mob?  That has potential!!

Yes, it does. That's why we suggested it. ;)

"and so," continued the Watcher, gushing and sounding as if she might sob any moment, "he came in like a knight in shining armor come to profess his true love for his princess."

"Please, can you dispense with the flowery nonsense and just tell me whether or not my brother has finally finished so we can go to our next land?" asked a very bored Breagadoir.

"Well, obviously someone doesn't appreciate romance, though I guess we already knew that, didn't we?" asked a very snide Watcher.  "At any rate, Virtue and Janice watched the stars and chatted, and then,"

"He popped the question!" she announced in absolute giddiness.
"Oh goody," moaned Bregadoir, seeing just how long his Watcher was going to make this update.  "You do realize this doesn't have anything with Heaven finishing her requirements so that they can move to the next land, right?"
"Yes," replied a delighted Watcher knowing full well that Bregadoir, having already finished his requirements, was not, in fact, free to go off without letting her complete her update.  She was enjoying this.

"When Virtue returned home, he found his father playing video games with his now zombified roommate.  He shared the delightful news and they began plans to have the wedding the next day."

"They opted for a lovely outdoor wedding, and when Heaven arrived, she saw that one of her classmates had aged up to young adult."

"He'd been her first choice for a prom date, but Irving Ruiz had been the one who was willing to come over so she could ask him.  Now, at last, she had the chance to get close to Carl."
"Carl?"  Breagadoir mused.  "That name sounds familiar for some reason.  I think I've run across that name before.  Maybe on TV.  It could have been the internet..."
"Anyway," interjected the Watcher, thus interrupting Breagadoir's musings,

"this day wasn't about Heaven and Carl.  It was a celebration of Virtue and Janice's love."

"The crowd ooh'd and aww'd as they exchanged their vows and their rings," she gushed.
"Is he wearing a kilt?"  Breagadoir interrupted.
After a huffed sigh, the Watcher said, "Yes, Carl wears a kilt.  He has a bit of a non-conformist streak which Heaven loves about him."

"The couple spent one more day at the family's home before opting to buy a place of their own."

"But they would be coming back soon," she said excitedly, "because that night,"

"Heaven and her beau went out for dinner,"

"And she popped the question!" she announced with pure joy.  "Of course he said yes."

"Caoin was not entirely thrilled with his daughter's choice in a spouse, but he respected that Carl was Heaven's choice."

"Heaven opted to have the wedding at home so they could exchange their vows in her perfect garden."

"They had a little trouble getting started since Janice was trying to play in the sprinklers at the time,"

"but once it started, it was a beautiful ceremony."

"Followed by the bride joining in on playing in the sprinklers."

"So, with her perfect garden completed and her spouse found, Heaven and Caoin are ready to move on to their next land," she paused for Breagadoir's response.
Nothing.
"Did you hear me?  I said they're ready to move to their next land," she repeated.
The only response was a light snoring.  He'd found his way to escape her update after all.
