Sorry, Breagadoir, I don't think that counts as clown makeup.
But all in all, a lot of overwhelming and interesting stuff. I very much liked Damon's date. The things he said about frumpy and feeling stupid were adorable! I kind of like him now.
"Clown" as in "clown girl" which was a nickname Dolls used for Harlequin Goth.  Titania wears the same make-up as young Miss Goth.  And is a redhead.  And now wears an outfit from the Cirque Nouveau collection.
Damon's likeable.  Sure he's the dumb muscle, but he's dumb muscle that we like  :=)

What a hunk! And by that, I mean all of them ;)
Awesome update. I loved the watcher update and how Breagadoir politely put her in her place. She's a handmaiden for goodness sakes. She should shut-up already!
I've decided to do more of the Watcher updates as complete updates to themselves.  There's just too much going on in those two stories to only give one or two screenshots and a couple of sentences in passing now and again.

Awesome update!
And a Damon in love is SO CUTE! ;D
Thanks!  I'm glad you're enjoying Damon the demon-fighting-loveable-lug.

Damon, what a liar you are. Or at least I hope you are  ;D
Liar?  Why would he be a liar?  Oh yeah, he is Bregadoir's child, and "breagadoir" is Gaelic for "liar," so I see where you're coming from.  You and your constant plotline guessing  :=)

I'm still waiting for you to find some sort of mod or CC that will let you give William a cane.  Just sayin'.

Waaah! Sorry, a lot just happened. ;D
The only thing I really absorbed was the usage of my pattern!
So, uh, flame got a girlfriend? And there's a new maid?

Yes!!  Your pattern is displayed prominently on the sweater vest.  Yes, "flame" is a good name for Damon.  New maid.  Well said  ;=)

So is Damon my favorite again? It looks like it. I can't help how wishy-washy I am. Your characters are all so enjoyable.

What a hunk! And by that, I mean all of them ;)

SO a while back, I suggested a Breagadoir offspring calendar. Perhaps Dolls is an indirect supporter of this idea? Haha.

The Elven Town Jump-The Rival Heirs, Teen Years
« Reply #489 on: July 22, 2013, 05:34:09 PM »

"...Heaven's toddler years flew by," the Watcher continued, "and her teen birthday arrived."

"And she ended up going kind of punk rock."

"Kid's got some attitude," Breagadoir commented, "she may not be all bad despite her father."
"Anyway," the Watcher continued, irritated, "she revamped her wardrobe and wasted no time in securing a prom date."

"I'm not entirely certain that her imaginary friend was okay with this,"

"or how he has a human form without having had the potion to make him real..."

"And her brother continues to build his logic skill while she awaits what lifetime wish her future may hold."

"With any luck, one of the skill books she's skimmed through will help."

"And her parents, meanwhile, both keep working towards the goal of becoming chess masters."

"Can we move on to Alainn's update now?" asked Breagadoir.  "While neither of my siblings have a chance of winning, she's at least more interesting."
"She certainly is interesting," agreed the Watcher.  "At any rate, her kids were also ready to take on their teen years."

"Nieve, who has definitely been the more dominant personality of the two, aged up first.  She really became quite the pretty young lady."

"Alphin managed to outgrow some of his childish awkwardness."

"And he has focused in on building his logic, handiness, and charisma skills in hopes they'll help with his lifetime wish."

"Sweet little Nieve continues working on her athletic skill and her writing.  She has two books published and is most of the way finished with her third," the Watcher said, somewhat beaming over the pair of elven offspring.  The beaming went away as she continued, "You'll recall that your sister had completed her lifetime wish by bringing back her former love, Nancy Landgraab."

"Well, it seems that Nancy's ghost is very different than the Nancy your sister had fallen in love with."

"Your sister was not pleased."

"Having this experience, and her countless broken relationships to reach her goal, she determined that the only person she could really count on was herself."

"So, the next day, after the kids had left for school,"

"she used a clone drone elixir."

"She and her cloned self, who opted to go by the name 'Alanna,' found each other irresistible.  However, Alanna decided to do a quick make-over so they would look at least a little bit different in public.  The kids were a bit shocked when they got home."

"Nieve's take on it was, 'Mom, you're so weird...both of you.' The poor girl might need therapy."

"And Alanna decided to find what she thought would be a reasonable profession..."

"so she became a magician."
Breagadoir didn't respond to this update.  He was too busy laughing.

I've been planning this particular trick for her from the moment I created the character.  That's why she was so self-confident and self-obsessed in the earliest updates.

Now THAT was a trick I would have expected from myself!  ;D
I can just see William and Ava cloning themselves so they can have some interesting company over for dinner (then cheating on each other with each other).

The Elven Town Jump-The Clues Add Up
« Reply #494 on: July 24, 2013, 12:03:14 AM »

Breagadoir had stolen research done by supernatural historian Chauncey Grimm.

He'd also stolen blueprints from city hall.

He had used Sotal as a distraction while he searched through the secret archives kept by Pip Goodfellow, loremaster of the elves.

Sotal and Damon had determined where the grave wasn't.

And with the combination of two ancient tomes he'd managed to acquire,

he'd finally managed to put all the clues together.
"I know where he is," the elven prince said with a smile.

"and I know how to get to his secrets."
