"...
and your brother at least knows how to be faithful," said the Watcher, continuing her berating of Breagadoir, "In fact,"
"your parents even got him a wedding gift: a baby dragon!"
"What color?" asked the prince.
"Umm, purple," replied the Watcher, shocked that Breagadoir was even listening.
"Interesting, now if you'll excuse me..."
Breagadoir decided to be a gracious lord of the manor and see his guests out.
Granted, said "guests" were the family he was kicking out of his home.
"Come on, kids," said Annalove, "he's obviously gotten all he wanted from us. Looks like we're on our own now."
But Breagadoir did take a brief moment to whisper something to Nightmare as she walked past.
With the new developments in place, Breagadoir and Lady VanGould set off to display their new partnership to the poor, unsuspecting citizens of Moonlight Falls.
The first stop was a visit to the Crumplebottom household.
Belinda was the only one home.
So she got their full attention.
A brief stop by the library where Breagadoir's favorite target, Pip Goodfellow, was having some reading time.
"I took your wife away from you and had a baby with her," taunted Breagadoir, "I'll bet you're a bit hot under the collar over that."
"Ahahahaha!!"
"Are we ready to go yet," asked Emelie. "I'm taking this book without checking it out."
"Wow," said the elven prince, "you
are evil!"
Next, it was off to The Toadstool to spend some time with the patrons of that fine establishment.
"Have you lost weight Deedee?" asked Lady VanGould.
"Because I think I found it for you."
"Are you feeling alright, Malcolm?" asked Breagadoir, "Because you look a touch green."
Emelie was intimidating Deedee. Breagadoir was admiring his new partner's style.
But, the bartender was disagreeing with her actions.
Breagadoir pointed out the foolishness of that judgment.
Welcome, Moonlight Falls, to the reign of Breagadoir and Lady VanGould.
