Silly King and Queen, there's no stopping the ascension of Evil in this Dimension either!  ;D

I know that's right!

Silly little Alainn and Caoin should just throw in the towel. Breagadoir is a 'any means necessary' kinda guy. I'm sure his siblings will get much of the same consideration Rainflower Ivy got if they get in his way :o

Indeed they would, I'm sure.  Of course, let's not forget that a Certain elf has an enemy already, and people watching interestedly  ;)

I'm rooting for Alainn -- and now I need to go back and see what these elves have to do.

I am totally hooked on this story! Great job!
Again, WOW.  The creator of the project is hooked on my interpretation of it.  That's pretty high praise!

Silly King and Queen, there's no stopping the ascension of Evil in this Dimension either!  ;D
Yeah, evil is kicking some butt at the moment, but neutral (Alainn) and good (Caoin) are making some headway.

I know that's right!

The King and Queen were wise not to put the three of them in the same town at any point or this would have been over after a day one "accident" involving Breagadoir's poor siblings.

Indeed they would, I'm sure.  Of course, let's not forget that a Certain elf has an enemy already, and people watching interestedly  ;)
Well, maybe he's simply earned someone's begrudging respect (he hopes).  Don't you love that painting in Breagadoir's living room, by the way?

I'm rooting for Alainn -- and now I need to go back and see what these elves have to do.
Good!  I'm glad Alainn has one fan, at least.  She's a fun character.

Yes.  "Something" is a good description.  He'll keep getting more and more something as we go  :=)

Thanks.  They needed some face time too.  It is legitimately a competition, so it only makes sense to keep the readers posted on his competition.

The Elven Town Jump-The Wand and the Widow
« Reply #67 on: May 30, 2013, 12:24:22 PM »

Annalove opened the door not sure what to expect, her husband had been missing for days.  She was hopeful, yet terribly frightened.
"Mrs. Ivy, I'm afraid your husband has been found, but it was too late," said the private investigator, confirming her fears.  He then asked her to stand still while he pulled out his wand saying that it would help him explain everything.

Annalove was struck by how amazingly handsome the P.I. was.  She was, after all, a sucker for a man in uniform.  It seemed like there was something else that should be on her mind, but at the moment, all that mattered was...him.

"So, gorgeous," said the handsome, green investigator, "how'd you and your money like to move in with me?"
"And my kids," added Annalove.
"Kids?  Oh.  Yes, of course the kids too.  Can't forget them.  So, what d'ya say?"

"Kids," said Breagadoir, "I don't want you to think of me as a replacement for you father."
Peanut sniffled and wiped a tear.

"Instead," continued the elven prince, "think of me as the really hot guy who's sleeping with your mom."
"Done!" said Daydream.  "Now, where's my room?"

After getting the kids settled into their new home, Breagadoir and Annalove headed for the bank to open their joint account.
"Isn't that receptionist a pretty young lady?" asked Annalove.
"I guess," said Breagadoir.  "Hadn't really noticed."
"Oh, you only have eyes for me, huh?"
"Yeah," he replied.  "Let's go with that."

They were quickly ushered into the banker's office:  an overly done room displaying that he was a weak man trying to feel powerful.
"Is everything ready?" asked Breagadoir.
"Yep, prepared it all exactly as you requested, your majety," answered Guy Banker.

"This account only has your name on it," said Annalove.
"Must be a typo," Breagadoir assured her.  "I'm sure they'll fix it later.  Now you'd better head back home and check on the kids.  I have investigating to do."

"Hello there," said the handsome prince.
"Hello yourself," said the subject of his investigation.

Having investigated, he discovered his charms did work on the receptionist.

"Ugh!" groaned Breagadoir's Watcher, "Why did I agree to this?  I can't stand watching how terribly you mistreat people!  Now I suppose you're going to force poor Annalove to bear your heir?"
"Not necessarily," said the prince with a sly smile.  "I'm still holding auditions for that role."
"What?!?"
And so he set off for the public library.
"This is a nice, social setting to find some mothers for my potential heirs.  I'll just go in and let them come to me," he said to himself as he resumed reading the Goth Legacy.

"Hello, tall, green, and handsome," came a voice.

"I'm Doreen Caliente, and you're gorgeous."
Not the most beautiful woman in the place, but I am a sucker for redheads, thought the prince.

"I'm Marigold," came another voice, "and unlike some people, I'm actually in your age range," and she and Doreen exchanged a glare.
A fairy elf could be a strong candidate for heir, he thought.

Yikes, he thought, this one's not pretty, but mixing her coloring into the bloodlines could be helpful.
Breagadoir left the library with some options, but he knew he had taken on a new responsibility when he invited Annalove and her children into his household.  He needed to teach them right from wrong.

"That's the way," said Breagadoir.  "We have the right to punish those who have wronged us."
"What are you looking at?" Daydream taunted Faith MacDuff.  "Why don't you and your ugly baby go crawl back in your hole?"

"Daydream doesn't fit you.  You are more like my favorite nightmare," said the prince.
"Teehee, thanks!" replied the teen.
The Crumplebottoms made the mistake of calling the police on Breagadoir's young protégé.

"That one is under my protection," said the elf prince after the Crumplebottoms had finished extinguishing the fires on their home and each other.
"You're a monster!" retorted Beatrice.
"Flattery will get you nowhere, love," he replied with a smile, and then walked off.

Oh, man, I laughed the whole way through. He is wicked ;D

Poor Annalove...NOT! She's not that much of a looker either. And all those kids? Breagadoir should lock all the doors and make them stand outside until he comes home...joint bank accounts indeed ::)

Oh yes, his penchant for redheads is going to get him in some serious trouble. Someone's on the lookout for the prince. The Watcher is too mean to warn him!

I actually read this three times over before commenting  ;D

Let me just tell you, Pippin, you have a masterpiece of a character. Breagadoir is slowly earning some serious respect in the Villain community.
Your sense of humor is spot-on! Daydream has some possible potential as the Harley Quinn to Breagadoir's Joker  ;)

You flatter me, good sir!  I'm glad that you (and William) are enjoying it.

The Elven Town Jump-The Nightmare Awakens
« Reply #74 on: May 31, 2013, 09:44:24 AM »
There were changes in the household beyond simply expanding to accommodate the larger family.

"Daydream is a nice name for a baby," said Daydream, "from now on, I'll be going by the name Nightmare," and she altered her wardrobe to something more fitting.  And Annalove

felt a bit ill.

"Breaking and entering?" asked the Watcher.
"Just another day's work," replied Breagadoir.

"Would you mind explaining to me what exactly you're doing?" asked Doreen, catching him in the act.
"Sure, let's just step inside and chat," said the smooth-talking prince.

"So, does that clear everything up?" he asked.
"Oh my yes," she purred.
Meantime, the rest of the family went to the park, and Nightmare met young miss Van Gould

and they really hit it off.

"You're nightmare's just beginning, vampire."

And while the family was out, Breagadoir had some company.

"Well, that was nice, but I've got to go now," said the prince.
"Nice pillow talk," said Joanie.

Breagadoir found Pip Goodfellow repulsive.  His wife on the other hand...

was quite lovely.

"I'll just be upstairs in bed with your wife if you need me, Pippy."

"What are you doing?" asked the disgusted Watcher.
"Ensuring I have a suitable heir," said Breagadoir with a smile.
"You're repulsive!" she said.
"I'm simply following the rules my parents set up.  I must have an heir with an elven appearance.  It's not my fault that may require having multiple children."
