Debugging the Exception Raise - Help!

 Hello all,
 So, I'm playing my Perfection Immortal Dynasty and I've had tons of debugging to precious little raises. Now, here's the story of exactly what happened. This is becoming weird.
FLASHBACKING!
 My sim buys Stoney Falls, and I upgrade it to level three. I go to save. The game shrinks to windowed mode and asks me to debug the Exception Raise. Well, silly me upgardes 7 TIMES. When it shows no hope of fixture, I clean out caches, remove store content, and remove 3rd party content. Then, I get my sim to buy Crystal Springs and upgrade it. It saves and is fine. Weird, right? Myabe Stoney Falls is like bugged?
 Now, I play for about a week (real time) and I'm up to my sims' birthday. After she ages up, I do her wardrobe and get it safely done and saved. Now, I go off to building her master bedroom. The game shows no sign of lagging. (I had just got on by the way) I finish and go to save. (I save pretty regularly, smart? No?) It shrinks to windowed mode and asks me to debug the Exception Raise. This crashing may have to do with the snow, but it wasn't snowing when I upgraded Stoney Falls. Now, I did build her bed & bath upstairs if that changed anything. Both of these problems usually occur after build/ buy mode, but will sometimes occur just saving after regular gameplay. Rather I click yes or no, I lose everything. This has become annoying and has been going on since Seasons, but became worse after UL. Hopefully EA will release an update.
 Any suggestions or help? Feel free to ask questions. Now remember I have cleaned out caches, removed store content, and removed 3rd party content.

Yes, indeed I do. I was able to finally get the bedroom and bathroom done. I had to place it down stairs. The problem is an on and off thing. I have all expansion packs by the way.

There is actually a building issue with saving that causes the game to crash if it's been raining and you try to build.  Apparently the game doesn't fully clear out puddles.   This issue can effect foundations and other weird happenings, too.  It's actually random which lot it will occur on but there is a fix.   Build the way you want to and then go into Edit Town.  Save the house/family to the library then bulldoze the current one.  Place the family & house back down from the library and you should be able to save and build without issues.
