Simon and Prudence, of course. Very nice. I'd love to know sooner than later. I do know who great-grandmother is ;D and I agree that Dad definitely has Steel genes, while Mum looks like a Wan with Agnes' hair, and Simon looks like he has a Goddard jaw to me.

I love the idea of each immortal being named after one of their townie relatives. With each new birth, we closer and closer to putting their lineage together, if I'm understanding this correctly. I like it!

Rosa - Remember those names might not mean anything more than just names.  I could have just as easily named them Silas and Petunia.  I just like them having names from SV since they're representing the town.  ;)

Exactly Rhoxi.

Is it weird I'm still not sure which one to choose to start with?  I blame the fact that I woke up very very sick this morning.   My brain is all addled.

I'm assuming you have 3 women + 4 men left to use as names for the future immortals (because great-grandma will be the last one revealed?) So if you wanted 4 and 4 of each, then I guess go with Prudence. Either way, can't wait for another crazy story! :D

You could start with a female and alternate down the line - women being odd, men being even or you could mix them up and have one pair male-female and the next female-male, or you could just mix them all up, and save the oldest two for last....so many different ways to do it, lol

Yeah, another Rica-story!!
It sounds incredible interesting, can't wait to read more about that idea. But there came a question to my mind: If they are going to start in Sunset Valley (I think that Dynasty is settled there or am I wrong?)the founder will ran into the great grandmothers/-fathers. Do they know who they are, I mean marrying your great grandfather even if you didn't know would be quite strange.  ???

I don't know whom I want to be the founder, both of them have interesting looks. Prudence reminds me of Kaylynn Langerak while Simon somehow looks like a Keaton to me, but that is probably totally wrong.
Their mom seems to be a descendant of Pauline Wan and their father is a Steel, he has that mouth of his and when I look at his nose I think of a special married woman. His eyes seem to be green? Well, there aren't too many possibilieties in Sunset Valley.
Aww, I love that kind of guessing games!  ;D

Oooo!  I'm really looking forward to this.  Can definitely tell I'm a newcomer though, in so many ways.  Because I don't tend to mess with townies much, nor play in SV a lot, so I have no idea who it could be.  But I'll enjoy the story anyway.  Get to see it with fresh eyes, I suppose.

The Arrival

My lighted journey eventually ended when I was thrust into the corner of an empty room.   I had seen something similar setup in the other Sim Bins but since I didn't belong to one I had to use this one.   My sister and I had decided that I would change my  name to reflect the challenge I was taking on.   My last name was no longer that of my parents and ancestors.  My first name was no longer the name my mother had found in the "History of Sunset Valley" book Cousin Morty had written with the help of his Uncle Mortimer.    I was now and will continue to be Christopher Sunset until this challenge is over.

I also decided while I was being made over I would get rid of my Gunther style beard.  I always wanted to make myself look older but I think having a baby face may help in my new adventure.  Plus every time I see my chin it reminds me of my sister who I already miss.   She was actually the one that suggested I name myself for Christopher Steel, one of our great grandfathers.   She always jokes how she escaped the curse of his lips whereas I didn't.

It's my understanding that he and one of his other of his dearest friends were always the most popular of spouse choices for founders in good ole SV.   Well if he can wear those weird clothes and get a woman than I probably could, too.   I opted for a few pieces similar to ones I'd seen in the family scrapbook and decided I was done.  I almost changed my eyes to match his wife's but decided against it.  Even though I don't have the eyes of my ancestors, I like them anyway.  It's part of what makes me me.

I already knew that where I was going only ever saw Summer so I didn't even both setting up my outerwear.  When would I ever wear it?

It felt weird to be able to change my personality so I didn't change too many things.  I stayed ambitious and artistic but I gave myself the ability to be a better salesman.  I tweaked myself into being a perfectionist so that maybe I'll be less slobby.  It might actually help with my painting skill, too.   Since I was already into painting, Pru told me to consider that for my supermax and I thought it was a good plan.   Last thing that I needed to do was decide what my lifetime wish was.   I decided on Swimming in Cash.  Sure it doesn't help with much but if I get it early that means there is a good chance life won't be difficult forever.

Then again.. I live in a field.  As soon as the last piece was in place, I found myself standing on the sidewalk of the dynasty lot in Union Cove.   I didn't have much money but I had a lot of land.  That means there is a lot of potential right?

The neighbors look friendly though.   And check it out they're both blue.  That just happens to be my favorite color.

Yay! Union Cove FTW! Is this the Dynasty with only the base game you were planning to do?

Definitely not.   Union Cove cannot be enjoyed with just base game in my opinion.  It's a beautiful town and I find myself getting ready to make a special sims 3 folder just for it.  I think I'm going to lower my graphics settings a little to play there to make the file last longer.   I got special permission from Metro to delete two large lots that cause me a lot of lag and we're actually going to add them to the list of available lots to destroy in the Edit Town rules.

Chris has already survived his first day.  I just can't decide if I should share it yet or make you guys wait until I get home from my sister's karate tournament Sunday.

Oooo!  Union Cove!  I haven't downloaded it yet, only because I just got Seasons.  I really wanna try something there, though for now, one Dynasty is enough XD

But-but-but!  No teasing!  Not fair lol

All right! We learned so much! First of all, Chris has been confirmed as an ancestor. That whole Morty-Mortimer thing was confusing  :-\ And they are going to be in Union Cove! Well, that seems very appropriate for this dynasty. At least he won't have to worry about marrying an ancestor. I hope he marries one of his lovely blue neighbours! It would be ironic of Hebe to be a spouse instead of a founder, heehee.

Aw, it's nice to see Union Cove again, and some of my favorite blue ladies! I'm thrown off by the Mortimer-Morty thing, too. Gonna have to look into that.

Zeeeee-ippy-dee-doo-da! The pictures are finally showing up and the words make sense!

I love how Chris's swimwear is the same one that Christopher Steel has by default. And I admire your courage at having a dynasty in Union Cove. It's a gorgeous town, but my computer can't handle it for more than three generations before I have to save the household and move them somewhere else.
I expect Azokka either to yell at everyone and totally dominate or else get out the popcorn.-Ombradellarosa
