Invisible baby

One of my sims has just had a baby but the baby is invisible & there's a strange pink line across the screen well not right across but enough.

I've tried resetsim - no luck
I've tried switching to another house and going back - no luck
I've tried NRaas Overwatch Lost sims - no luck

Any suggestion please?

Have you tried quitting the game and restarting?

I hadn't because I'd done a lot & not saved. But I aged the baby. I gave it a birthday, but it looked really weird & alien like. It had long arms and fingers and its head in its crutch area. Really weird. But I aged her up in edit sim & aged her down again until it settled down and is now a normal looking toddler. Phew. Poor baby lol
