Can't remove a water puddle
« on: July 20, 2010, 09:28:53 AM »
I've been playing recently and noticed a water puddle which can't be removed! I've got a mummy in my house and when he showers he usually leaves a bit of water here and there. The maid takes care of this little problem but I've noticed she didn't remove 1 puddle. I've tried removing it myself, using the move objects cheat - I can't even "target" the puddle! As if it was a piece of decor 0_0 It's not a big of a deal but I'd like to remove it because it doesn't match my floor. XD

Hmm, sounds like a graphics problem. Simplest thing first; have you restarted the game from desktop?

I have to answer 2x no to you guys. I'll try both ways. I've tried with the move objects cheat only.

Kinda funny thing...I clicked on it and told my sim to mop it up...and he did :P It seems nothing was wrong. I just never mopped the puddles using my own sim and didin't know the cursor doesn't change it's look the the star thingy, when you hover it over the puddle :P
