Adding additional frats, sororities, and dorms? (Answer Found)

In University Life, in Edit Town, is there a limit to the number of these buildings that can be present?  I have been trying to add one of each, and the lots gray out when I select Place Copy of a property in my bin.

I wanted to have have 2 frats, 2 sororities, and 3 dorms.

Update: I found out how to do it.

1.  Change Property Type to Commercial: No Visitors
2.  Place Frat, Sorority, or Dorm on plot.
3.  Change Property Type to Frat, Dorm, or Sorority as appropriate.
