Free Daily Simpoints

I just noticed while on the Sims3 site, there is the offer of bonus simpoints, compliments of a sponsor.  At the moment it's MacDonald's.  You can get up to five sets of 10 bonus points per day per user, for a total of 50 free simpoints a day.  Not a lot at first, but it will add up if you visit everyday.  I noticed it in the left side of the screen while in the Store section.  Hope people enjoy their points.

I think it may only apply to people in certain countries, because I can't see anything, regardless of if I have Swedish or one of the English alternatives on.

I'm not seeing it either.

I read on the official forum that it only applies to US citizens. So that is probably why.

I'm in the US also. I've tried both Firefox and IE9 and still not seeing it.

Hmm... I'm in the U.S., and when I checked earlier (at like 5ish) it was up, but now it seems that they have taken it down. Maybe they only show it during certain hours of the day?

I just read an article over at Sims Vip that says this offer was only available to US simmers, but now it's down for some reason.

I just tried it and I am in Canada, but with my account set to US, and it worked for me.

I'm in the UK, and I tried changing my language to US to make it work for me but I couldn't get the ad to come up.

It worked for me this morning.   Had 3 ads for Gain, 1 for McDonalds and 1 for Charmin.

I had to turn off AdBlock in Firefox for it to show up.
