So, you can call me Eld instead :D

---

Cinderella is look so pretty and stunning! Good for her. I'm sad to see when her clothes is ripped by that evil sister.

What... What's wrong with the Fairy? What happened to her? Oh, I just wish nothing wrong with our Cinderella.
Well, have fun with the Prince at the party, Cinderella. Show em' who's the boss!

Great update, Mel. Look forward for the next installment ;D
Ok awesome.
And yes it was rather hard for me to have people beating her up.
That fairy spell actually turned Cinderella very hideous. I was really angry.
Lol, I will explain what's going on with the fairy, and talk about the ball in the next part which should be up a little later today.

Lol don't worry I would have been upset about the clothes as well.  ;)
I actually wrote her whole story out before I began to play it, because I wanted to have a sort of structure to go off of. But of course I've had to tweak it a lot. Sims never do what you want them to do...  :(

The Magical World: Chapter Five - The Ball part 2
« Reply #18 on: April 22, 2013, 12:51:33 AM »
It appears this fairy was not what she seemed. Horrified Cinderella listened on as the dark fairy told her about the price she mentioned before.
"If you go to the ball, you will indeed find love, but if you choose to be with him you will never live to see your child grow up."
"The moment your little baby is born, your soul will be mine, and I will remain youthful forever!"

In disbelief, Cinderella ran and hurried to the ball in her "white carriage." Could what this fairy said be true? Surely such a thing is impossible, and yet...here I am in this wonderful gown...

Shaking off those dark thoughts, Cinderella arrived at the ball. She was immensely impressed with the general splendor, and it was not long before Henri made his way to her and asked her to dance. She was the most beautiful creature he had ever beheld. And even her family appeared to be very amiable. But it was not long that he kept this sentiment.

Upon noticing Henri's fascination with Cinderella, Calliope, along with everyone else, took to flirting and dancing with King Maximillian himself! Although Queen Constantina didn't seem to mind as she was having a wonderful time dancing. And Minerva, always a one for actions, waltzed up and kissed Henri out of nowhere. He of course was not pleased with her conduct, and had her escorted out of the ball.

Fed up with the crazy antics of the evening, Henri sought to pursue his relationship with Cinderella in a more quiet setting. It wasn't long before they made there way to a nice park. Cinderella noted it was the very one in which her mother said she had met her father. Henri did not waste any time in pouring out his affections to Cinderella, as he had been stubborn about love for far too long. They talked amongst themselves, watched the stars, and simply sat in amazement that they could find such a wonderful love.

Though he knew it was a bit imprudent of him to keep her out, he insisted that she come with him to see the grounds of his estate. She eagerly agreed, not wishing to part from him yet either. She had never seen such a beautiful place, and took her time admiring it. Meanwhile Henri took this time to admire her. Madly in love, Henri proceeded to ask for Cinderella's hand in marriage. But all she could see were the images of that horrible fairy's wicked smile, and suddenly the weight of this decision came crashing down on her. Could she really risk her life just for the love of a man she had only met hours ago? Unable to find an answer, she did the only thing she could do, run. She stopped suddenly, and wondered if she had made the right decision, but then realized it was too late to go back, for he would surely not want her now after she had humiliated him.

Completely stunned, Henri stood and stared off in disbelief. He was hurt, mortified, and utterly clueless. But he knew one thing, he loved her very deeply indeed, and before he would let her get away from him he would find out why with so little endeavor at civility his was thus repulsed and rejected. However, his one moment of hesitation was too long for she had already gone! He ran like mad through the streets wondering why she had run. Wondering if maybe he had been too hasty with his proposal. Wondering if he would ever find her, or end up alone as his mother had predicted...

The Magical World: Chapter 6 - Happily Ever After...Or Something Like That
« Reply #19 on: April 22, 2013, 05:19:13 AM »
I had run around all night. Soon I made it back to a spot I had been before, and just stopped. Exhaustion kicking in, I began to let my eyes glaze over. Just as I was beginning to fade out I heard someone calling my name. I quickly came to and spun around, hoping to see Cinderella, but alas it was just Sebastian.

"Oh...it's you."
"Well I might not be nearly as beautiful, but there is no cause to be uncivil."
"I'm sorry, I just..."
"I understand. But your parents request that you do return home for the moment. You do need to eat at some point if you wish to continue."

Soon I sat down to breakfast with my father as he tried to give me some "wisdom".
"If you don't find her soon, you still have your pick of young ladies. Might I say this kingdom has a vast number of beauties."
"Yes I do remember your interactions with many of these "beauties" last night..."
To this my father had not a reply. Naturally.

*Last Night*
Immediately when Cinderella got home Bernadette tore into her. She demanded to know how she could disobey her, and exactly who she had stolen from to get that dress. When Cinderella only met her with silence, she went into a rage and slapped her across the face.  Locking Cinderella in her room, she swore that she would never see Henri again.

As hurtful as that encounter had been, it was nothing compared to the sinking regret Cinderella felt for running away from Henri. She realized too late how dearly she loved him, and would now never get another chance to make it right.

*Present*
Unable to rest I decided to go home to home in order to find her. Surely I could not just let it end this way, and after many homes I finally found the Tremaine residence. I don't know why I did not think of it before! With my thoughts clouded with only Cinderella, I did not even think that I could just ask around for her relatives. Lady Tremaine let me in, and I immediately asked to see Cinderella, but she swore that she did not live there. Not content with this I asked if I may search the house, to which she curtly gave her approval.

I went through every room until I came upon a locked door, but when I asked Lady Tremaine to open it she began to suggest that I marry one of her girls, Calliope or Minerva. Not even wanting to remember what had occurred with Minerva, I waved her off, and demanded she opened the door, to which she finally obliged. Insufferable woman!

At long last I laid eyes upon my beloved, but she would not meet my eye. Gathering my courage I rushed over, and scooped her into my arms, begging her to change her mind about us, or at least give me a reason why we should not be together. But it appears all her objections were forgotten as she kissed me. I had never been so happy to receive a response in all my life.

We soon married, with the Tremaine family of course not invited...

I could finally call Cinderella my wife, and I have never been happier. Perhaps there was something to my mother's madness.

Two chapters at once. Umm, that was... fast O_O

I love to see the party though, it's seem they lack of male there.
So, both Sebastian and Henri can have fun together while waiting for Cinderella. That was clever :D

And the scenery... I love it.

What will happened to Cinderella though... I'm bit worried.

Yeah I was pushing it. Especially since I had assignments due last night.  :(
But alas I was able to complete all I wanted to accomplish.
Lol that party was insane, and spanned three nights before I got anything I wanted!
We will hear about Cinderella's predicament in the start of the new heir's story next chapter.

The Magical World: Chapter 7 - The Price part 1
« Reply #22 on: April 29, 2013, 09:58:59 PM »
Life was great!! I finally had the love of my life, and each day was amazing. It was not long until she informed me that we were having a child. I was ecstatic! I must admit that I was secretly hoping for a boy...well...actually... It might not have been so secretly.

But I couldn't help but notice that Cinderella had been growing more and more distant lately.
Henri: "Sebastian, have you seen my lovely bride around?"
Sebastian: "I do believe she was out in the gardens again sir."

I just sighed inwardly and thanked him. Of course I did not mind her fascination with the grounds, but I just felt like there was something else going on here that I was missing. It wasn't long until I spotted her sitting in her favorite spot.

I quickly went over and asked what was going on, and if there was anything that I could do to make her more comfortable. I told her that I was really worried that maybe she had decided that this wasn't the life she wanted after all. She quickly assured me that she was very happy here with me, to which I couldn't help but let out a deep sigh of relief. However, I realized there was more she wanted to say, so I stood waiting while she took a deep breath and began. I tried to keep a calm countenance as the story she told me disturbed me more and more. She told me all about the evil fairy and the deal they had made the night of the ball, and how worried she was that this fairytale she was living was about to quickly draw to a close.

I quickly drew her into a hug, and assured her I would be there to protect her no matter what. To be honest though, I wasn't exactly sure how I could take down a fairy with such magic, but I knew I would do anything I could. I had to. I could tell that Cinderella was still a little uneasy so I switched topics to what had been everyone's favorite subject as of late, the baby.

As prepared as we thought we were, the baby came sooner than we expected. I near lost my mind with anxiety, and was really glad my mother was there to be with Cinderella. But later I realized she might have been a little less than helpful screaming her head off that way. The maids ushered Cinderella into the bedroom so that she could be more comfortable, and several long hours later she was born. She was born... With everyone being so certain that she was going to be a he, we didn't even have the correct blankets ready. Cinderella decided it would be fun to let her go on in the boy's room and attire for awhile.

Despite her turning out to be a girl, the moment I saw her I was instantly in love. It was the happiest day of my life I'm sure. Little did I know that was all about to change.

The Magical World: Chapter 7 - The Price part 2
« Reply #23 on: April 30, 2013, 12:35:55 AM »
I knew she would come. I did my best to enjoy the days that followed after my precious daughter was born, but I could feel the dread clouding over me. It wasn't long until I heard it, her voice calling out to me. I tried to ignore it and hoped I was simply losing my mind, but it got louder and louder each day. Finally, I broke down and ran in search of her. I found her outside with a wicked smile on her face, and quickly began to beg her to change her mind.

This proved to be unwise as her anger exploded. She informed me that I had made my choice, and now the price must be paid. I looked on in horror as she began to cast her spell...

I drifted off into a dark world with endless doors and stairways. I ran and ran searching for a way out, but every door I opened led back to the same place. My heart was beating so loud in my head, and sweat began to pour. Suddenly at the end of the corridor bright, red flames engulfed the entire area and raced towards me. I tried to run, but was easily overtaken... I awoke with a start and in unimaginable pain. I fell to the ground, clutching at my throat as my lungs began to collapse, and then...there was nothing.

I looked on as Henri arrived in panic. I looked on as the shock and grief poured over his face. I looked on as the evil fairy celebrated her victory. I looked on as my body turned to ash, and rose with dignity to shake hands with the Cold One. {Exit Cinderella.}

She was gone. Gone! I had come too late. She warned me of this, but I wasn't here when she needed me most. How could I not have been here?!
But it was not time for that. It was not time for guilt, it was time for anger. I whirled on that vicious fairy, and demanded that she bring Cinderella back. The fairy said nothing. She did not blink, she did not even laugh, she just flew off! I wasted no time to head in pursuit of her, but it was in vain. Those cursed wings carried her much faster than I could ever run. Why is it that I can never catch a person when it matters most?! Blast!

Many hours passed before I somberly made my way back into the house. Sebastian of course was the first to find me, but all I could mutter was that she was gone. That night I sat in my daughter's room and wondered how I could ever tell her about this, how I could ever be enough.
Early the next morning, even before the sun had risen, we gathered to say goodbye to my beloved. I asked for a private funeral, because I knew I could not hold it together in front of so many people. We laid her to rest next to those flowers she loved so much. I brought my daughter closer so that she might see where her mother laid, even though I knew she would not yet understand.

As I gazed upon her face I remembered the stories that Cinderella told me about how her father abandoned her after losing her mother. I remember thinking that there was no way I could ever be so cold, and I wouldn't. I held her close and made silent promises that I would always be there to protect and love her. Even if she no longer needed that protection. Even if she no longer wanted it.

Poor Cinderella, but nice decoration on graveyard that you have there.
The scene too feel more touch to the story. I love it when Henri bring his son into the Graveyard.

So, the next chapter will be the son. I can't wait to see.
It's a Beauty and The Beast :P ? I just wondered :P

Unfortunately Beauty and the Beast is much later, and I'm really excited for that one because I have so many ideas!
But this heir is actually Mulan.

The Magical World: Chapter 8 - Mulan
« Reply #28 on: May 02, 2013, 10:21:44 PM »
In the time that followed the funeral Henri put all of his time into raising his daughter, as did everyone else in the house. And with black hair and blue eyes, she was the spitting image of her father, who of course got the genes from his father.

Time flew and soon she grew into quite the little troublemaker. Naturally landing herself into heaps of trouble with Henri. Her name was Mulan. {Enter Mulan.}

Henri often grew restless and developed a love for travel. Never wanting to let Mulan out of his sight, he made sure to always bring her along.

After returning home from yet another adventure, Constantina pulled Henri aside for a talk. She noted that he had been brushing off his duties as prince lately, and asked him when he would get back on track. It was then that he told her he had no intention of ruling, and had decided to abdicate the throne. She was indeed shocked, but understood his feelings. It was decided then that the throne would go to Duke Siegfried and his wife Anne.

Out of all the places he had been to, Henri came to think of China as home. So he made his way to a little town called Shang Simla with Mulan, and of course Sebastian.  ;)

Hmm, Mulan story is interesting. But, the place that fit for her only in China. At first, I am quite confused for the character that I didn't know. There are two of them, I believe. Can you to explained that to me? :D

Mulan as toddler is adorable, her appearance as a child more adorable. The outfits and hair that you choose for her is so fit. Can't wait to see what will happen to her in later chapter! Is there will be any disguise thing here? ;D

And what will you plan for the 'dragon' appearance XD You know our old friend Mushu right XD ?
