Thanks all :)

I was really thrilled to wake up yesterday and find this house was featured on the Sims 3 website. It's my first feature and I literally did a happy dance and couldn't stop grinning for like an hour lol!

It's the simple things in life ;)

Wow! Featured! That is very exciting. How do you get that to happen?

I'm not actually sure. I've been kinda hoping one of my builds would get featured for so long, but there are some truly amazing builders out there, and I didn't really think I had much hope lol. I did post a pic in the "Creative Corner" thread. So maybe I was just lucky enough that one of the EA team was looking at that time and decided they liked it.

I also posted a pic with the d/l like on the Sims 3 Facebook page, but then, I do that fairly regularly anyway.

Just luck I think? Not really sure.

Congrats again to the feature.

I just love how you do your roofs. They are usually the most problematic part of a build for me.

Thanks :)

Roofs are a pain in the butt. That's for sure! I usually get so frustrated with them. The tool isn't the easiest to use. But I just keep trying and trying and forcing it until I'm happy. I look at it from all angles and if I'm not happy, it comes off again and I try try again. Usually takes up a lot of time, does roofs :(

Thanks and same to you.  I don't visit any forum very much with so much going on in RL and with struggling with a pc that just doesn't want me to have fun with Sims.  I'm afraid the old clunker is on it's last legs and trying to figure out how to afford a new one.  Meanwhile, I've placed this charmer in Enchanted Havens and it is so perfect there!  Fits right in with the tons of your builds I've put there.   ;)  Thanks for sharing so many of your creations with all of us.

Have you shared that great dog park here?  I just installed it yesterday.  HEAVENLY!

Sad to hear about your computer :(
Glad that my houses fit nicely in your world :)
And no I don't think I shared the dog park here. Might have been before I started posting here.
