Actually, Sif still has the big eyes and I think the mouth keeps her from being TOO plain and generic.  And I LOVE her clothes ^^

Sif's room is amazing, and I'm not sure why you're disappointed about her looks. It looks like she got her mother's eye shape and lips, which are both great features, even if they have strayed far from the Clown's and Laura's.

Thank you! Actually her eyes are a bit smaller than the others but the pouty mouth is still holding up. I think it's her head shape that makes her, in my opionion, less pretty.

Sif grew up to a teen. It is fun to see how the genes have changed over the generations.

She is by far the immortal I have most fun finding a wardrobe for!

 

Sif is destined to be a great scientist and plans to take a career in medicine. Just think of all the human guinea pigs the hospital holds! Unfortunately everyone has to start somewhere and even a watermelon can prove to be a challenge.

Thankfully she has inherited a magic machine that makes her able to skip eating, sleeping and showering.

Sometimes a girl has to take a few hours off work though, to dream of a world where she controls everything.

Kára went to Shang Simla to complete her LTW and the last challenge needed to supermax material art. I have no idea why her first opponent thought it appropriate to have the match in a bathroom..

Her next opponent worked as a merchant and I foolishly thought that he would have some time off work (after all he didn't eat, sleep or went to the bathroom while working) so I made Kára wait.

She has inherited the ability to eat with chopsticks as well as singing Chinese songs from her father.

I still hadn't realized he would never get of work so Kára used the waiting time on important matters.

When I finally realized what was going on (stupid glitch) I had to find a plan B. The fast solutions to the problem broke the dynasty rules and the allowed way would take far to much time. So Kára had to find another skill to supermax. I had planned to wait with charisma for generation 8, but it was the skill that no other immortal had any points in that was easiest to supermax.

I'm at lose as to what to use for generation 8 now, so if anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated. The only expansions I don't own are Late Night, Showtime and Island Paradiso. The other immortals have either maxed or supermaxed the following skills: gardening, cooking, social networking, writing, athletics, painting, sculpting, photography, charisma, guitar, alchemy and logic. Sif will supermax science and for generation 7 I plan to supermax handiness. Nectary is out because of the bug associated with one of the challenges.

Back to Kára she got started practicing her speech for world domination in front of the mirror.

Thankfully it was weekend so she had some time to work on the skill challenges for charisma. A demonstration is the perfect place to meet lots of new sims.

It didn't take her long to complete the challenge of knowing 25 sims, and then she got to work on getting 20 friends using only ´fun interactions' so she could work towards the hundred jokes at the same time.

Apparently she is so funny that sims literally pee themselves.

In the middle of the mad dash to supermax charisma Kára had her adult birthday.

It only was a short interruption though. She also used the opportunity to get some information she could use to write reports.

If people didn't like her jokes she also had a solution for that.

Two that jump out at me are alchemy and fishing.  Alchemy is great fun and would be great for this dynasty simply for the fact that you can throw all sorts of elixirs at people!

The screenshots of her using fireworks are kind of random I know:) I took them while I still thought that I would just have to wait until 22.00 and then her opponent would be free from work. When I realized that wasn't the case I made her travel home since I had read somewhere that inviting the merchant to visit might make him quit working as a merchant. I decided against that option though, since I could risk that the next 17 opponents were merchants as well and all that travelling would not only take a lot of time but also poses a threat as far as glitches and bugs go.

Kara completed her last charisma skill challenge by being best friends with this random man.

She was only lvl 7 in charisma though. This is the first time that I have been able to complete all skill challenges for a skill without simultaneously maxing the skill. Completing all the challenges only took 4 sim days, and she hadn't got any traits that would help her (she's hot headed, evil, disciplined, athletic and due to poor performance in school a computer whiz). She had the LTR 'never boring' which helped immensely, but I still think that charisma must be by far the easiest skill to supermax.

She got this shiny new toy to help her reach lvl 10 in charisma.

Having to play nice to all these annoying and unworthy sims resulted in quite a lot of time working out.

Kára has reached lvl 8 at her career as a police agent. She was quite disappointed to find out that apperantly one of the most important jobs of a secret agent is roaming through garbage and not killing people as she had expected.

She tried to befriend her boss and ask her for a promotion so the humiliation would come to an end.

When he declined (without even giving a reason) she decided that if he loved reports so much she would write one about him.

One last time in the brain machine and Kára has now supermaxed charisma.

While her mother was working on being charismatic Sif followed more scientific pursuits.

She was so busy using butterflies as test subjects while trying to see what happened if an insect was subject to huge amounts of radiation that she almost missed prom. Arriving in a cab wasn't quite the entry she had envisioned for herself. Neither was the creepy driver. At least she could do something about him.

Prom started out great. She was crowned queen and charmed a guy called Wilhelm while dominating the dance floor. Then she suddenly realized that the lightning was too bright to just be ordinary lights. Aliens was spying on her. She had to escape to her secret room with no windows and only dimmed light before they discovered that she knew. Needless to say her prom came to a rather abrupt ending at that point.

Sif had Laura's collection of bugs moved into her quarters.

They provided excellent, if rather frustrating, test subjects.

Which was perfectly timed since it was the day of Sif's young adult birthday.

I found that was the easiest way to avoid generic-looking sims and Laura just likes to interrupt the dead's peaceful sleep..

To avoid jeopardizing the dynasty Laura decided that the immortals would be locked up in their separate parts of the house. They already had their own private chambers all that was needed was to add a kitchen to each section. At first Laura cherished the peace but it didn't take long before she grew bored. There is only so many poison apple you can make (253 according to her inventory) without having anyone to feed them too before it grows boring.

A warning to anyone planning an immortal dynasty: NEVER make an evil witch and giver her the 'magic hands' LTR. Unless of course you enjoy having to change all appliances on a regular basis.

 

Well all that solitude, destruction and conjuring poisonous apples had made Laura even more unpleasant than usually. With no one to went her anger on she decided to make Sif's married life equally unpleasant.

That leads us back to the graveyard. Should she choose to resurrect the man with the magnificent name Skullfinder for her heiress or should she resurrect the ominous named Erdrick Gnomeheim?

Was their really any question of whom she would choose?

Laura must have a hidden flirty trait. When I locked her into her quarters she got the wish to kiss Gnomeheim even though they had made no romantic interactions towards each other and no one in their right mind would want to kiss him.
