Some information.


At this time there is no auto-placement of EP lots. 

There are 22 empty lots in the world.

• 64 x 64: 4
• 40 x 40: 3
• 40 x 30: 1
• 30 x 30: 6
• 30 x 20: 5
• 25 x 25: 1
• 20 x 20: 2

One of the 30 x 30s is already an empty community lot, the rest are residential.   There also doesn't seem to be any small parks randomly placed.

Two of the rabbit holes are combined.  The Diner & Grocery store are together as well as the military and police station.

There are 22 playable families when you begin.  They range from singles to a woman with 6 orphans in her house.   Only three of the families have normal skin tones.  Everyone else is on an abnormal color skin slider. 

Some of the starter homes actually come with dragon eggs!

I would advise against the 35 pounds.  Seriously, because that doesn't sound right to me.   It's $35 in the US right now and earlier it was showing a lower Pound price if I recall correctly.

I have just finished a long live chat with someone from EA(very helpful),he said that the world does seem to be 35 English Pounds!So I'm holding off getting it tonight just in case the information on prices you saw earlier pops up

A friend of Carl's twitter feed got it for 22 pounds.   Which is why I told you to hold off.  It still seems really high to me.

The Standard version discounts to a lower £ price of £12.80 which with exchange rates is US$20. Yet the Gold stays at £35 which is around US$53. So it definitely seems off. I'd be wary.

Something else to bear in mind is that even if you have an EA Account Balance (say via an EA Gift Card), it still sends you to pick a credit card/paypal.

However, their customer service says they are aware of this, and hopefully will have that issue fixed soon.

Well Finally! The main screen to purchase the world was still up as 35USD when logged in as UK.so I went to "Buy Sim Points(bundle) (even though it was supposed to be a cash purchase)and there it was half way down the screen 1900 Sim points for 22 pounds Includes Dragon Valley and the Celtic Lands.

Ricalynn, I'm sorry if this sounds dumb, but where are the Celtic Lands?  It doesn't appear to be showing up in my game.  I have the Duke of Bows Venue and it's a 40 x 40 lot just like the Al Fresco Street Market. I put it out near the loch.  Can you help me with the Celtic Lands?  It not automatically there when I open the world and it's not a lot to be placed that I can see.  Is it somewhere in buy mode?  I'm clueless!

Dragon Valley currency/price display issue

We recognize there is a bug with the incorrect currency displaying on the Dragon Valley world page for those in the UK. We will be releasing a fix later today.  In the meantime, you can still purchase the Dragon Valley bundles from our Buy SimPoint page and you will see the correct currency and pricing.

I just checked and it showed able to be bought so I went ahead and purchased it.  It has that the venue was able to be purchased also, and it downloaded fine.

I am making a guess that everything has worked out and it was safe to download the venue.  I have yet to check it out, will do so after I give hubby some attention, LOL

He wants to sit out on the patio and enjoy the heat, it is close to 90 degrees right now.  Sun is going down, so it should cool off.

So I have been able to get Artie to learn the violin skill.  However, Archery doesn't appear to be a skill.  Can anyone else give me feedback on this?

Being at work and therefore, unable to confirm, but doesn't the gameplay portion say it increases your athletics?
