Chapter 0.1: A Day in a Prison
Obsidian woke earlier than most days in his small prison cell. It was his 15th day in jail and he was yet to enjoy a single one. Although, jail is not meant to be enjoyable.  He tried to fall back to sleep but gave in after a few minutes. Judging by the clock in his room, it would be half an hour before a guard would be waking up the prisoners. He had half an hour to kill.

He stood himself up and walked over to the sink. He looked across at the other cells and no one else seemed to be asleep. He envied them. Obsidian decided to see if washing his face would help to wake him up. It didn’t work but he remained at the sink and washed his hands and arms. He could feel the filth on them. He was glad he was supposed to have a shower today.

Obsidian sat on his bed and waited for the next 25 minutes until a guard came and unlocked his door and the doors of the other prisoners. It was breakfast time and four guards took the prisoners from their rooms and into the dining hall. While there were two, only at lunch were the prisoners given the choice. Obsidian took a plate of waffles and ate at a table by himself. The other prisoners sat on the other table.

After breakfast the prisoners were given free time for a few hours. Obsidian took the opportunity to work on his muscles in the gym. A few others prisoners had the same idea but Obsidian stuck to himself. He didn’t know any of the other prisoners and didn’t plan to.

At 11, a guard locked half of the prisoners in their cells and lead the other prisoners (including Obsidian) to the shower rooms. He showered with one other prisoner but he didn’t care. All Obsdian could think about was getting the dirt out of his fingernails from the cleaning service he was forced to do three days ago.

Lunch soon came up and Obsidian chose to eat in the other dining hall, the smaller one. He was by himself but a guard was watching him as he ate. All of the other prisoners were in the other dining hall.

The prisoners had more free time so Obsidian went into one of the recreational rooms. This one had a shuffleboard table, a dart board and a few couches. He decided to play darts by himself before the other prisoners arrived. The darts were specially made for the prison. Instead of being sharp, they were magnetic and the dart board attracted the darts. He thought it was an ingenious idea.

It was a while before someone else entered the room and when someone did, he was surprised to find it was a guard telling Obsidian he had a visitor. Obsidian pondered who it could be. The other Trickstas were in jail and he pretty much knew no one else. He packed away the darts and followed the guard.

Obsidian was instantly filled with fear and anxiety as soon as she left the room. Why is he meeting someone, more importantly who is he meeting? What do they want? It is someone he knows? Obsidian continued asking himself questions when he was told to sit in a chair as the guard walked away.

Chapter 0.2:The Proposal
A man wearing a beige jacketed suit walked into the interrogation/meeting room but on the other side of the glass to Obsidian. He wore a hat the same colour as his suit with a red ring around it. Just looking at him Obsidian felt worried and anxious. The man looked so official it sent shivers up Obsidian’s spine.

The man grabbed a book and sat at the chair on the other side of the glass and stared at Obsdiain for a few moments. He looked just like Alec had shown him, only a bit filthier from his days at jail. His hair was the same gray colour and had the same ruffled look and his clothes were yet to suffer and turn scratched and broken like the other prisoners’. Derek smiled suddenly. Alec was right, already Derek could see that he would be great for the job.

“Are we going to talk or are you just going to stare?” Obsidian asked softly breaking the silence. Derek knew that he had lost the confidence in his voice.
“Oh yes, I do apologise for that rudeness.” Derek replied quickly, “So, you’re Obsidian Herds, the Tricksta more diabolical than Tele herself.”
“Yes,” Obsidian looked down in guilt.
“The brains and brawn of most of the operations and crimes, the cause of the loss of cash for many businesses and families and the result of a mistake made by your father.”
“What do you mean?” Obsidian looked up with anger.
“I don’t mean, you aren’t meant to be alive. Oh no, I meant you aren’t meant to be a werewolf, or are you?”

“How do you know?” Obsidian asked.
“It’s my job to know,” Derek smiled. “I do believe it is time to get on with it. I do have to leave soon for another pressing matter. Have you heard of The Agency?”
“No,” Obsidian lied. The Agency were the cause of half of his problems, out of jail of course.
“Well, we are an organisation, a type of international police. I am Deputy Head of Recruiting and the occasional detective. Can you see where I am going with this?” Derek had barely spoken about the plan but Obsidian had an idea what was about to happen.
“Kind of.”
“I’m here to ask you something, would you prefer to stay in this jail, or do a job for The Agency?” Derek asked.
“Depends on what it is,” Obsidian smirked.

“I’m afraid I can’t tell you that now but I will be able to soon. I shall give you a week to report to me.” Derek leaned back in his chair.
“What do you mean? How am I meant to report to you in this jail?” Obsidian was confused now, just the way Derek had planned.
“You escape of course!” Derek said it like it was easy. “There is a car out the back, not a police one but a glamorous La Matea. Inside is a piece of paper with an address. You have a week to take that car to the address to see me. And if you do escape and take the car and drive off somewhere, believe me, you won’t make it far.”
“Wait, how am I meant to escape?” Obsidian asked quickly as Derek stood.
“You can figure that out Obsidian. I know for a fact that you will find a way.” Derek walked to the door. “One week is all you’ve got. Use your resources wisely.” Derek opened the door and walked out of the room leaving Obsidian to think about the job proposal.

Once in the corridor, Derek found a guard.
“Get the prisoner out of the interrogation room and back into his cell.” Derek ordered.
“Since when do civilians order me around? It is free time currently so he shall be returning to the rumpus room.” The officer felt proud and stood tall.

“I’m sure your boss would love to hear what you just said to The Agency’s Deputy Head of Recruiting.” Derek showed him his badge.
“Oh I’m so sorry sir. I promise it shall not occur again.” The officer ran off quickly to fetch Obsidian. Derek loved the power that came with his position. Did he use it to his advantage, of course! But then again, who wouldn’t?

He walked briskly into the staff room and was surprised to see no one was in there. It worked well though as Derek would be able to complete his objective quicker. He headed to the computer and looked at the computer screens.
“I can’t believe he let the system be this simple!” Derek thought. “Now just to change this and this and this.”

Derek got up with a smile and left the staff room. He walked out to the front of the jail before pulling his phone out of his pocket. He quickly dialled a number.
“Derek speaking, it worked. I have disabled the sound equipment so he should definitely be able to escape. He looked like he would join us when I left. Yes, I’ll be there right away. No, I won’t bring you a coffee.”

Chapter 0.3: Meeting New Prisoners
Obsidian was observing the main rumpus room for the third time since the man in beige gave him the difficult task of escaping the very well protected Moonlight Falls Jail. It was a day since he was called into the meeting/interrogation room. Since the meeting he had been searching for any useful information that may help him escape but all he could find out is that the chefs often left the windows in the kitchen open to let in some fresh air.
During his sleepless night, Obsidian had decided one thing, he couldn’t escape alone. He was in the rumpus room to see if there were any worthy contenders to fitting the space of a partner. Oh how he missed Tele.

He was currently the only one in the room but was soon joined by another prisoner. The guards waited beside the door as the free time hour began. The prisoner was someone Obsidian could see himself working with. He had red (evil) eyes and his hair was tied back into dreadlocks. He wore jeans that were cut and scrappy and a singlet that was a bright blue but also looked rather worn.
“Hi, can I talk to you?” Obsidian asked gesturing at the spare seat, “It is important.”
“What could be more important than a game of shuffleboard?” The prisoner protested.
“Escaping this jail,” Obsidian lowered his voice so the guards wouldn’t hear him.
“Ooh. I’m listening now,” the prisoner walked over to the seat Obsidian gestured at and sat down. “I’m Andy by the way.”

“I’m Obsidian.”
“The infamous Tricksta! How did you end up in here?” Andy asked.
“The Saviours and their new friends but that doesn’t matter, I need to escape this place.” Obsidian said with a frown.
“Why? What makes you leaving so important?” Andy said, not really trusting Obsidian.
“A man spoke to me yesterday; he wore a beige jacket, hat and pants. Called himself The Deputy Head of Recruiting at The Agency and he seemed pretty official.”
“You mean Derek Dolmes? He played a part in getting me in here. That,” Andy then cursed before letting Obsidian continue.
“He asked me to join him but only if I could escape within 7 days, well 6 now.” Obsidian began telling Andy of what happened at the meeting yesterday with Andy butting in occasionally to ask a question.

“Ah I see. I’m definitely coming along! I’ve been here for a few months now and I have definitely picked up a few, how do I say this, flaws in the jail,” Andy was going to continue when a guard walked in.
“10 minutes of free time left!” the guard boomed before walking out again.

“We can finish this conversation tomorrow at the next free time, meet in the other rumpus room.” Andy stood and began to play shuffboard, “Care to join me?”

--~~~-~~~--
It was dinner time and as much as Obsidian knew Andy would be able to help him, he felt as if another ally would make the escape much easier. Obsidian decided to eat in the separate dining hall as no guard would be in the room but they would be standing right outside the door. He was already half finished his meal when the only other prisoner who cared to join him walked in. She grabbed a plate of what was available and sat across from Obsidian.

“Hi, I’m Mandy Tron but you can just call me Mandy,” the prisoner smiled.
“I’m Obsidian,” Obsidian replied, “I need your help.”
“Ooh. I like it when people need my help.” Mandy was jumping in her seat.
“I want to escape the prison.” Obsidian said softly and with confidence.
“Good for you!” Mandy said excitedly, “And you want me to help?”
“Yeah,” Obsidian looked down at his food.

“Well of course you will! But I’m not coming with you! I need to serve my time,” Mandy said, “But if you want out, I’ll be sure to help!”
Mandy was too happy for Obsidian, reminded her of Flora, but Obsidian knew he could find a use for her. Her hair had a blue dye on its ends and she wore the clothes of an artist. Obsidian assumed she was here for vandalism.
“So tell me, why are you escaping?” Mandy asked and Obsidian began to speak, although it was a shorter version than what he told Andy as dinner was nearly over.

“Ok, so I’ll tell you one thing I have learnt that might be useful,” Mandy butted in halfway during Obsidian’s story, “the barbells in the gym are pretty heavy, to me, but since they don’t get locked away or counted or anything I’m sure one could be used as a weapon.”
“That is a great idea!” Obsidian smiled. Maybe having Mandy on the team was a good idea.

--~~~-~~~--
“Sir, the cameras won’t record sound anymore,” a nervous guard said.
“What!” the boss shouted, “If we can’t hear the prisoners we can’t know what they are talking about!”
“Yes I know sir but the whole voice system seems to have overheated and fried itself. We will need a new one,” the guard said as he sat in front of the computer system and showed the boss.
“Have you already ordered one?” the boss was getting angry.
“Yes, The Agency are sending us one right away but since there were none spare in Moonlight Falls, it might take a few days,” the guard cringed.
“Where is the phone? I am calling them right now!”

Ut oh Obsidian. Getting out of prison only to do a dynasty is like jumping from the frying pan and into the fire!  ;D Well, he looks like an interesting founder, and  you're shaping up quite a fun background for him. Great start, and good luck!

Thanks Rhoxi! Obsidian is definitely jumping from the frying pan and probably into a raging bush fire that no one can get under control!

Chapter 0.4: Planning
Mandy was playing pool, against herself. She was really practising while waiting for Obsidian. A man walked in and Mandy searched her mind for the files that she had read before entering just yesterday on Derek’s orders.
“He was called ‘Andy’, what,” Mandy thought, “‘Andy Blot’ was his name! In here for murder, was it? No, no, I’m sure it was a bank robbery.”
Andy went and sat down on a seat and looked like he was waiting for someone.
“Ah,” Mandy thought, “he is the man Obsidian was talking about. Great, another criminal for me to watch for Derek.”

After a few moments Obsidian walked through the door and smiled at the two prisoners who were awaiting.
“Ah, so you’re both here already. I suppose you have introduced yourselves.” Obsidian said sarcastically.
“You never told me there would be another one!” Andy erupted.
“Andy, meet Mandy.” Obsidian said calmly.
“Hiya!” Mandy said loudly. She was acting more enthusiastic than she normally would for a case but she knew that this would be important. She was kind of scared as well.

“Nonetheless, I’m getting out of here and I need both of you to help me,” Obsidian said as he sat down. Mandy sat down too.
“Andy, you said yesterday you had some ideas. What were they?”
“You already know that the windows in the kitchen are left open, but if we are to escape through those windows, we need to first get into the dining hall. During our” Andy continued explaining his plan with both Mandy and Obsidian listening curiously.
“That’s a great plan Andy!” Mandy clapped.
“I can’t see a flaw but we need a backup.” Obsidian frowned. “How are we meant to avoid or defeat the guards scattered around the place?”
“Leave that to me,” Mandy said as the two men looked at her. “I am a black belt in martial arts.”

--~~~-~~~--
It was sleeping time but Mandy wasn’t willing to sleep. She was the last to go back into her cell but before the guards pushing her into the cell, she showed them a membership card from The Agency revealing that she was a trainee investigator and field agent. She quickly found her way out and drove away from the jail and into the city centre. It wasn’t long until she arrived at the library. She went downstairs and stopped at a door with a small card access engraved into it.

She swiped her card and the door opened. She walked through and into one of the offices.
“Derek, why am I at the jail?” she shouted as she entered.
“Hello to you too Mandy,” Derek nodded behind his computer, “To make sure a prisoner escapes.”
“Wait what! I thought I was going to prevent prisoners from escaping,” Mandy shouted even more angrily.
“Calm down for a second Mandy. One prisoner, Obsidian, is supposed to escape and make his way here. You must make sure he doesn’t take anyone with him.”

“Why is he escaping though?” Mandy slowly spoke softer.
“To join us. He is going to be going on an adventure into the desert.” Derek didn’t take his eyes off the computer.
“Still ever so confused,” Mandy sighed.
“All will be revealed when I reveal it to him. Now, do head back to that prison will you? You have work to do, or do I have to take away some privileges?” Derek asked impatiently.
“Nice seeing you too Derek.”

Sorry about the delay but this past week has been very busy and I've been spending time writing the final chapter before I actually begin the Dynasty part.

A spy! Well, I didn't see that coming. The desert, eh? Looks like someone is off to Lunar Lakes?
Thanks Rhoxi. When i originally created Mandy she was just going to be a local street artist who got caught a few too many times but this idea just popped into my head while writing. Lunar Lakes isn't the only desert...

Chapter 0.5: Escaping
Obsidian and Andy both walked into the shower room ready to spring their plan into action. They went to change into their underwear before showering and knew that Mandy would be doing the same thing. It was the one time a guard would not be watching and the one room without any cameras. Once by the sinks, Andy and Obsidian eyes’ interlocked. No one else was in the room. Perfect.

Obsidian picked up the barbell from his pocket and opened the door back into the hall. He whacked both of the guards in the chest with it while Andy turned on the showers so it seemed like they were still in there. They slowly crept into the dining hall and dealt with the guard inside. The chefs weren’t in the kitchen but unlike at serving time, there were bars stopping them from getting through. Andy swore.

“Guess this is where we go back,” Andy frowned.
“No, grab a chair and throw it at the bars,” Obsidian ordered as he himself threw a chair. It barely dinted the bars. “Aim for the same one!”
They threw chair after chair and after 18 throws, enough of the bars had given way to allow them to crawl through but it had taken over 15 minutes. Where was Mandy?

“Let’s go!” Obsidian cheered. He quickly jumped onto the counter and crawled through into the kitchen. Almost immediately after Andy joined him, two guards entered.
“Here they are!” one guard shouted as Obsidian went to grab the barbell from his pocket. It wasn’t there. He looked back quickly and saw it in the dining hall.

Andy thrust himself towards the guards and pushed one over to the ground. Obsidian grabbed the microwave and threw it into the chest of a guard. Both guards collapsed.

“Quick, before more guards come along,” Andy gestured to the open windows before climbing through. Obsidian followed through another window.
“Where do you think Mandy is?” Obsidian asked.
“Probably couldn’t get past the guards. Now which car do we go into?” Andy looked through the cars in front of him. Mostly police cars but there was one La Matea.
“Into the La Matea,” Obsidian began running towards the car as the back entrance into the prison swung open. Obsidian reached the car as Andy was caught in the car park.

Obsidian swung open the car door and looked back at Andy.
“Andy Blot, stop right there!” a woman with a familiar voice shouted.
“Mandy, you traitor,” Andy cursed. “I knew not to trust you!”
“Please, I am an investigator and field agent for The Agency, why would you think I would have helped you?” Mandy smirked as she lifted a gun. “Take him back to his cell, I’ll find the other one.”
Obsidian sat surprised for a second. No one had seen him yet. All he had to do was find the keys and drive away. Mandy put away her gun and began to look for Obsidian. She was not amused.

“Obsidian, where are you?” Mandy asked as she looked around.
Obsidian found the keys beneath the accelator and started the car engine. Mandy turned around and saw her La Matea reversing out the car park. How did he have her keys? She quickly rummaged her pocket and found her keys before sighing hopelessly. She quickly got herself into a police car but soon realised there were no keys.
It took a minute before Obsidian got out the jail yard. The gate required a key to be opened so Obsidian decided to just ram through it. He activated the navigation as he left. To the Library of Lore he went, curious to see what adventures he had in store.

Thanks simfulicious! It is all part of Mandy's job, getting cars stolen, acting like a part of the enemy, getting to spend time in jail, etc.
Ah-ha! The Library of Lore! I wonder what secrets may be hidden there.  ;)
Thanks Audren! Libraries are always full of mystery and secrets! I wonder if the secrets at the Library of Lore are what Obsidian is searching for.

Chapter 0.6: Dynasty Rules
Obsidian arrived at the library surprised.  “The Agency is based at the library? How unsafe!” Obsidian thought. “Such an easy target. Although I haven’t heard of it being here…”
Obsidian parked the stolen car on the side of the road and jumped out quickly. He surveyed the area and noticed the stairwell going into the basement. “Aha!” he thought. He walked over to the stairwell and walked downstairs. It was dark and dingy and many of the bricks on the walls were cracking or falling apart. The stairs weren’t faring much better either.

He was confronted by an old creaky looking door that when he tried to open it, wouldn’t budge. He soon saw a card access. He remembered the car that was conveniently lying on the passenger seat. He ran back up the stars, quietly but quickly, and to the car. He grabbed the card and returned to the door and unlocked it.

“Ah, Obsidian,” Derek said as he walked down the corridor towards Obsidian. “It is about time you made it, Mandy told me you left half an hour ago!”
“I don’t really know my way around yet,” Obsidian frowned.
“Well, we better hurry. We have matters to discuss,” Derek gestured to a nearby door and Obsidian followed him inside.

Obsidian walked into a room with a small coffee table surrounded by four chairs. One other person was already seated on a chair and Obsidian immediately knew who it was. Alec Star.
“Hi Obsidian,” Alec smirked.
“I believe you have already met Alec,” Derek said as he took a seat.
“Are you kidding me! He was the one who put me in jail!” Obsidian shouted accusingly.
“Just sit Obsidian. It doesn’t matter anymore since you’re getting out to do a,” Derek paused to find a word for it, “job for us.”
“What sort of job?” Obsidian was now curious. Was he becoming a hit man? Was someone needing of a ‘talk’ to? Or was it as simple as making the coffees in the morning? Or maybe even more simpler and just being a cleaner?
“I’ll tell you later, when the final guest arrives,” Derek said. “Why don’t you have a glass of lemonade?”

It was awkward to be waiting around with Derek and Alec. They spent their time waiting whispering to each other leaving Obsidian in the cold. Every so often one of them would turn and look at Obsidian leaving Obsidian feeling threatened. Soon the door opened.
“Wow, sorry I’m a bit late but somebody, “Mandy pointed at Alec, “wanted me to search through multiple files at the jail on a certain Andy Blot.”

“Sorry about that,” Alec apologised. “Take a seat and we can begin!”
Mandy sat in the remaining seat and gave Obsidian a friendly smile.
“I’m sure you’ve heard about the recent news in Lucky Palms,” Derek began, “the Lucky Simoleon Casino has been closed down due to the discovery that it has been run by an evil corporation, that we can’t tell you the name of, which has rigged the machines to allow more loses for users than gain.”
“Isn’t that what casinos do anyway?” Mandy asked and Obsidian smirked.
“In a way, yes, but this casino totally rigged the machines. Only one in one hundred rounds would result in a win. We believed that this caused a spike in crime to gain more money that has been lost due to the casino. The casino was taken down last week by the local police and the large plot of land it was on has been cleared for future development.”

“’But The Agency isn’t satisfied,” Alec continued. “As a whole, The Agency does not think it was just the casino that spiked the crime. We have no centres in Lucky Palms, not even any agents, so we can’t really tell, but we think it is time to change that. You’ve never been to Lucky Palms have you?”
“No, Tele once planned a robbery at the art gallery but it was cancelled,” Obsidian answered.
“There are quite a few towns without Agency buildings in them. Only two months ago we had this centre set up. Some towns don’t have an Agency building but instead of another way of keeping the town safe, a dynasty.”

“Have you heard of them?” Mandy asked.
“Kind of,” Obsidian lied, he had no idea.
“Well, let me explain a bit. A dynasty was first designed by the infamous joker Metro. The first dynasty was an immortal dynasty and involved eight generations of sims to have a taste of this delicate dish called ‘Ambrosia’,” Mandy continued. “The second dynasty was called the ‘Townie DecaDynasty’ which involved ten generations of sims moving from house to house completing multiple challenges.”

“The final dynasty,” Derek started as Mandy frowned but didn’t argue, “is called a Life States Dynasty. Seven generations of seven different life states, all immortal. Just what we want you to do.”
“So, you’re making me complete a life states dynasty in Lucky Palms?” Obsidian asked. Derek nodded. “What do I get out of it?”
“Well you get to visit Lucky Palms, live beside the desert, have a family, not live in jail, have your traits scrambled,” Obsidian cut in.
“Traits scrambled!” Obsidian shouted.
“Yes, unfortunately you shall have to change your traits and will lose a bit of your memory but not to fear, you will be accompanied the whole way by the watcher.” Alec smiled.
“The watcher?” Obsidian frowned.
“Well we can’t totally trust a criminal now can we? We need to take some precautions.” Alec finished.
“So Obsidian, are you in?” Derek asked.
“I think I am. It’s time I turned over a new leaf and became rich and famous in Lucky Palms,” Obsidian laughed.

“You’ll be going right away then!” Derek cheered. “Mandy, take him to the CAS teleporter.”
“Wait, what are you doing? Obsidian protested.
“Don’t worry. You’re in good hands,” Mandy smiled.
Mandy led Obsidian out of the room and back into the corridor. She walked down the corridor and stopped at a door. She grabbed out her key and entered, calling Obsidian to follow her. Inside was a small room with a box in the centre.
“Just hop in the box and I’ll activate the machines,” Mandy grinned as she lifted the entrance open and pushed Obsidian in.

“Now, just times 8 by 94,” Mandy pressed at the computer’s buttons and soon Obsidian was gone.

Oh, Lucky Palms! I haven't really seen much of that town, so it should be interesting. Plus I tend to see desert and get them confused, since I don't have either. Great job with the settings, by the way. The police station building and the teleportation chamber I think both look really authentic. I wonder what new traits this conman will get? It would be funny if he got something really . . . sappy, or wimpy!

Thank you! I haven't really played Lucky Palms that much myself so this will all be a new experience for me. Thanks about the setting! I had to add a few rooms to the library. His traits weren't totally sappy or wimpy but you'll see what he got.

Chapter 1.1: Golden Statues

Obsidian: Where am I?
Gogo: In Create-A-Sim. The beginnings of every game file.
Obsidian: Who said that?

Gogo: I’m Gogo, your watcher.
Obsidian: *groans*
Gogo: Hey I’m not too bad! I’m here to help you get through this dynasty.
Obsidian: So you’re part of The Agency.
Gogo: You could say that… Let’s get you some new clothes. A dynasty founder needs to look good.

Gogo: Do you like?
Obsidian: Of course I do! I love grey!
Gogo: Oh yes, that reminds me. Activate the trait scrambler!
Obsidian: Whoa. I feel weird.
Gogo: So your traits are Bookworm, Green Thumb, Mooch, Supernatural Fan and Vehicle Enthusiast. Not the best traits but you’ll definitely be gardening.
Obsidian: Wait, I didn’t hear evil in there and I hate gardening.
Gogo: You’ve got new traits Obsidian, just one of the rules.
Obsidian: There are rules!
Gogo: Yes. Let’s stop wasting time here in CAS and get into Lucky Palms!

Gogo: 100 The Green, such a nice 40 x 40 lot for you to start on.
Obsidian: Um, where is the house?
Gogo: You need money for those.
Obsidian: Um, where’s the money?

Obsidian: I just touch these statues and they turn to gold! Awesome!
Gogo: I know, thanks Rica for sending me the new Dynasty Starting Kit, at an elixir store near you.
Obsidian: Um, you’re crazy.

Obsidian: It’s gold. Now what?
Gogo: We sell it for double the price and slowly make tons of cash.

Obsidian: I’m getting tired of this. Can’t I go out somewhere and come back?
Gogo: Do you want to spend seven weeks outside like the last dynasty founder?
Obsidian: No…

Obsidian: I’ve come to the conclusion that you were mean to the last dynasty founder. Good thing they succeeded.
Gogo: Ah no, they failed.
Obsidian: What!
Gogo: This will be different though, don’t worry.
Obsidian: Too late.

Obsidian: So I have over $500,000 and you make a tiny house instead of a giant mansion.
Gogo: It’s all you need.
Obsidian: But we have so much money.
Gogo: Just because you have money doesn’t mean spend it.

Obsidian: I don’t think I’ve ever read a book for this long.
Gogo: You’re a bookworm, get used to it.
Obsidian: And now I know the basics of gardening, how helpful.

Obsidian: I don’t even have a garden yet! Why am I getting a job as a gardener?
Gogo: Because you will soon have a garden! And I thought I’d have a smart founder.
Obsidian: Hey!

Obsidian: This is enjoyable…
Gogo: Maybe your gardening life won’t be too bad. And believe it or not, it’s already been a day!
Obsidian: I definitely need sleep.

Obsidian: *screams*
Gogo: You gave me a fright there.
Obsidian: Sorry, I just had an urge to scratch my ear with my leg.
Gogo: Not weird at all…

Obsidian: I see butterfly!
Gogo: Totally not a weird sight to see.

Obsidian: Hi, I’m Obsidian.
Lady: I’m Emi Irwin. Were you in last month’s issue of Crims Monthly?
Obsidian: I think so. Are you a fan?
Emi Irwin: I’m a criminal myself so you’re such a role model.
Obsidian: Can she be the spouse?
Gogo: No.
Obsidian: Why?
Gogo: One, she is married. Two, she is not a special life state.
Obsidian: You’re no fun.

Huh, a werewolf! I had him pegged as a vampire, but considering his occupation, it's probably good he isn't. I'm also surprised to see one of the metropolitan building type shells in a community lot back there; I thought those were only in Bridgeport! The house looks right at home in Lucky Palms, very cute and modern.
