Question about sims
« on: April 02, 2013, 04:49:13 PM »
Hi everyone,

This might be a crazy stupid question but what does it mean when I get a message when I'm playing the game that said that Agnes Crumplebottom died from electric shock and then when my sim is in the town I see her walking around.  Actually it was a phone call that I received and then that message came up afterwards on my screen. Did someone bring her back to life?  Is that possible?

Also is there a particular expansion pack that I need to buy in order to move another sim into my household and it be a non playable sim.  I just want to be able to move a sim in and not having to worry about playing them and keeping track of all their needs and have them leave the house on their own and just have the game play them.

Thank you. :)

I don't know about Agnes coming back to life unless she somehow got hold of a death flower or something...
University Life allows an option for roommates where there are non-playable sims in the same dorm but that's only an option in dorms, sororities and fraternities by asking a fellow student to be a roommate.
Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you.

Actually I think the latest patch 1.50 allows you to ask anyone to be your room mate. Think it is on the friendly interactions menu when talking. Pretty sure you can do it in a normal house as long as there is a spare room (maybe just a bed).

Guessing you need to be at least 'friend' status with them though.
