I'm ready to post my score, but one question first: Is the fingerprint bag from the PI profession a work-related item or is a reward? I actually never have done the career before and didn't use it this time so I'm not sure.

I believe the fingerprint kit is work related.  Both the magnifying glass and fingerprint kit disappears when you quit the PI profession, so it is definitely work related and not a reward.

Thanks, Nutella. I was adding up stuff before I went through my inventory to double-check. Just excited that I finished. One more day (or a little more advance planning) and I would have had one more career.

Nutella is definitely right about the fingerprint kit and magnifying glass.  Not rewards.


With 12 hours, a reward ceremony and a promotion to go Jobba Doeetall decided to ruin it all by randomly learning the alchemy skill while I concentrated on getting his wife Grinda near City Hall.

Wow, keeping the Sims from learning skills they weren't supposed to learn is a hard job. With a bit more planning I could have gotten 2 more jobs maxed. Looking at the top scores, I am curious to find out what jobs and rewards I missed.

One question if you already have a sim that is focused on athlethic and another sim starts to workout but doesn't gain the skill before you catch him, does that mean you have to stop?

You only have to stop if that person actually gains a skill point.
