I am most of the way through the challenge and my sims are pretty old.  what happens if one of them dies? is that the end of the challenge or can i keep going with the remaining sim?

So irritated- I was loading my game and got called away. I didn't worry about it because I always * save my game with pause on. I came to my game a few minutes later after is had loaded and my Sim was cooking! Sure enough, he gained the stupid point.....

Until the patch that came out yesterday, it didn't matter if you saved while paused - the game always kept going anyway.

Sorry to hear about the skill point.  I know it stinks. Good job though on the score you did have.  Do you mind double checking your math though? I have a different multiplier.

I just realized that- It is multiplied by 3.05 not 3.1. thus leading to 67100- Sorry.

I don't normally leave my screen while loading, but I have not noticed it playing automatically upon loading. Or maybe it is because I automatically pause it again upon start up to make certain where I am at and who I have doing what that I just don't notice?

7000 from jobs and 1.95 from the rewards.

I was on my way to a moderate score with my sim-sisters when one of them duplicated handiness -- because I forgot that invention also develops handiness.  *grumbles at self*

At week 10 day 1, I had:

13 jobs maxed, 14 rewards

13000 x (1+ 14*.05) = 13000 * 1.7 = 22100

I lost a whole bunch of rewards because I changed jobs too quickly.

I have no idea how those high scores happened, can't wait to find out.
