Sims 3 isn't the type of game that can be multiplayer in any format.   How can you have control over an entire world if you're sharing it with others?  If it was multiplayer and your Sim married your friend's Sim.  Who would get control of that Sim?  Would you lose your Sim or would he/she lose theirs?

Depends. We can share memories online, but not anything else,

EDIT: And Seabody is right. We aren't affiliated with EA, so we don't have a clue.  ;) I think it would be a good idea to post this topic on the official forum, maybe someone who works for EA will respond there.  :)
