I've lost all my saved games on Sims 3 Pets
« on: March 25, 2013, 08:54:17 AM »
I've been playing Sims 3 Pets for about a year now, and have really enjoyed it. But today, however, I went on to find all my saved games were gone! When I rolled the mouse over them, it said 'Cannot load this saved game. It may have been saved with the expansion pack data which is no longer present on this system'. Please help! I don't know how to get them back!! :(

Welcome to the forum, Lano.

Did you recently install or uninstall anything from the computer?  Could someone else have done it?

This happens to me if I have ever had to restore my computer.  (Every time we have a power cut, which is all too frequent in my area.)

Your game is playing correctly apart from the unplayable files?

Do you also have WA installed?

If this is the case, the solution could be fairly easy. Go to the "Fixing/Recovering Saved Game - Saved Game Not in Game Launcher or Corrupted" sticky above.  Reply 87.  It does not take long to do and should make the game playable.
