Accidentally purchased wrong lifetime reward

Hi,

By accident I purchased the fertility treatment reward when I wanted the steel bladder one.  Is there any way to change it by using cheats or get the points back that I lost or give back the reward somehow?

Go back to an earlier save?  That's the only way to get the points back.  There is a way to cheat yourself into more points but you'll never be able to get rid of fertility treatment and get the points.
